Incredible location close enough to the main shopping street and the Gran Via, Puerta Del Sol, palaces, cathedral and 3 museums including El Prado and Reina Sofia and Thyssen with good sized rooms. Excellent and fantastic meals.

The location was magnificent, short walk to the city center and public and tourist services, the Gran Via, shops and museums and museums like Prado and Thyssen in one direction and shipping are like Puerta del Sol and restaurants on the other side. The breakfast was exceptionally good and nice hot and we could use WiFi.

Every detail was brand-new and I enjoyed it. The location was excellent and amazing, walk from a subway station. It was minutes from a palace and a gallery too. The tapas restaurant was really nice, great service.

Overall had relaxing stay during February 2019. The staff was very courteous, exceptional, nothing too much trouble. Got new-fashioned queen room with balcony as expected, enjoyed it. The hotel had a very central location, minutes from a palace and a gallery.

Modern and spotless hotel with a fair value. Hot and well priced breakfast, variety of food and beverages. Efficient service throughout. The early check-in process too. Magnificent location in a very comfortable area, close enough to Gran Via-important if shopping, and metro, museums and shops.

The units were good sized with a nice balcony. Thanks for the stay here - would love to return.

The bedroom was romantic and nicely furnished. The bathroom was great-sized and it had a hairdryer, a bidet, and bath sheets for our convenience. The venue was set in the very central position very close to the key art galleries and metro and shipping are like Puerta del Sol.

The hotel was fairly clean, there were very pleasant and incredibly nice staff and warm breakfasts. The location was amazing, minutes from a palace and a gallery. I enjoyed sitting in the tapas restaurant.

The venue was in a very central location adjacent to the main attractions of Madrid as well as OF MOST RESTAURANTS. Truly enjoyed the stay here and I would return there.

The location was very central, near the Gran Via, Puerta Del Sol, palaces, cathedral and 3 museums including El Prado and Reina Sofia and Thyssen. Came to visit Prado National Museum, based just a short walk away from the hotel. My guest room was modern and soundproof with a "outside" view.

Nice styled units with terrace, comfortable bed, for instance, outstandingly accommodating employees. Superb customer care, parking nearby.

Everything was simply brand-new. The hotel was a nice base for enjoying a shopping area, near the metro station, the Gran Via, Puerta Del Sol, palaces, cathedral and 3 museums including El Prado and Reina Sofia and Thyssen and 3 museums. The location was marvellous and good, a 10-15 minute walk from a vast pedestrianized public square. Hot and the best breakfasts with an excellent coffee, appreciated it.

Wonderful hotel, clean, amazingly nice staff and the beds were extremely comfy. We had a reasonably good and delicious breakfast with Nespresso coffee included. Had very central location almost in the city centre.

The location was excellent and unbeatable in the very center of Madrid. It was also next to the museums, all major tourist attractions and the centre of Madrid.

The guest room I stayed in was romantic with terrace. The breakfast offered variety of delicious meals. Location: the hotel was right by the city center and public and tourist services, the centre of Madrid Puerta del Sol and Cibeles and also stops for hop on hop off tour bus. Everything was nice, yet a few employees were very rude. The breakfast was delicious and extensive with an excellent coffee, all the food was delightful.

Make sure you stay in the king room with the view of the courtyard. The staff are super-friendly and exceptionally kind. It has marvellous location to see a famed street.

The location is marvellous and good, not too far away from a huge plaza. Moreover, it is right by the Prado Museum and the tourist areas in Madrid, all major sights in Madrid and metro stop.

And it was facing inner courtyard. The location was stunning, within walking distance of Prado National Museum. The staff were both decent and cooperative.

Everything was perfect, I loved my stay. The staff were efficient and knew how to help. I had a trendy room with a safe box, a mini-bar and central heating. The breakfast was sensational and offered lots of items.

Loved the guest room, felt like we were home. There was extremely comfy bed, efficient and exceptional staff who had already been passive aggressive in her manner.

This trendy boutique hotel is PERSONABLE with efficient staff. The guest room is soundproof with Cava & chocolates, comfortable bed, a terrace. Also, they offer parking nearby.

We had a GOOD stay in a long time. Rooms are very clean. Location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Sevilla subway.

Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like rosi la loca taberna that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Great base for a 2-night stay.
