It was clean and pleasant place, spotless and silent rooms. We had a large bedroom. It was convenient having a patio and a terrace. The location was marvellous, right by all major museums and overlooking the street.

The food was delicious and the location was amazing! The room we booked was lovely sized and functional with a full size bath tub, good facilities, an excellent outdoor seating area Bedrooms very comfortable.

Magnificent and unbeatable location for visiting restaurants and bars. Beautifully decorated and extremely pleasant rooms with generally good cleanliness, rich breakfast.

Everything was awesome, personnel was restful. I booked exceptional and comfy room with a window in the ceiling, ample facilities, for instance. The venue was in a very central location so close to the centre of El Barrio de las Letras, the most popular areas in Madrid, and rainy Madrid. I ate in the garden restaurant nearby. Appreciated this fabulous stay during this business trip.

Luxurious and fairly clean place, very attentive and attentive staff with a good service. Beautifully decorated room with a large bed and the windows in the ceiling plus coffee, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Perfect location so close to tourist attractions and nice restaurants as well as parque retiro and plaza Santa Ana. Again, not far from Manchester Jewish Museum.

The room was quiet and with lovely beds. Had perfect and fantastic location to almost everything else in historic part of Madrid.

I had great 1-night stay here! I thoroughly enjoyed exceptional rooms with a balcony and absolutely amazing and restful staff. The breakfasts were exceptionally nice and marvelous with olive oil, the best coffee, sweet dishes. As for me, the location was unbeatable, very close to Park Retiro, el Prado, the famous squares, sights, attractions, and the most popular areas in Madrid. There was a garden restaurant nearby.

Freshly cooked options for breakfast with delicious offerings, the best coffee and sweet dishes. Peaceful and top location, hard to get to from the airport. With easy check-in and late check-out, this hotel was luxury.

Its location is magnificent & incredible, very close to many Spanish eating places-lovely squares for example, the Prado museum and other sights, and the centre and the very pretty Plaza Santa Ana.

Accommodation was gorgeous and clean, rooms were large. The hotel was situated in the very central location in the best neighbourhood in Madrid. Moreover, it's close enough to the property's common areas which are very nice, and Very close to the centre.

It was fairly clean, the staff was extremely helpful and exceptionally attentive, plus the service was very good. The rooms were fashionable, brand-new with nice decor. The breakfast was sumptuous and freshly prepared, featured plenty of meals.

Wi-Fi signal was not good, made me a little nervous.

The restaurant here was intimate with the bar, we both ordered healthy dishes. We really enjoyed an exceptionally good view.

The property is based in the centre of the town. The rooms are beautifully decorated here with a great bathroom, nespresso machine, as for instance. The staff is very knowledgeable and proactive.

I enjoyed the place, it was clean & the staff were very-very nice and courteous. The room I stayed in was spotless, it had 2 single beds or 1 double bed. No complaints whatsoever, the venue met standards.

The location was convenient, for example, Plaza de Cibeles was not too far from the hotel.

The staff were responsive and competent hole time of my stay. The location was decent and easy, relatively close to Do Design. The hotel was in a very very nice area, really close to most major landmarks, Prado Museum, and centre.

The breakfast is savoury and rich with plenty of things to eat and drink. The location is top, 1 km from an urban park. It's just next door to many Spanish eating places, the center, and Gran Via and the park.

Adapted bathrooms, that included a roll-in shower. The breakfasts were marvelous and the service was nice.

The location was unbeatable and prime for walking around a grand boulevard. It was located in a particularly good area just next door to Madrid, and Plaza Mayor, the Prado and Retiro. What's more, there's parking onsite.

This hotel was in a busy area. Stopped by la mucca de prado to get some coffee and treats, it's only a short distance to the venue, recommend. Sunny balcony was a bonus. Our kudos go to concierge for the hospitality! We greatly enjoyed this property...
