The hotel offers savoury and warm breakfast with cheese, fruit, pastries.

Thoroughly enjoyed this really good stay during a business trip. The breakfast was savoury and nice hot and the place was perfectly clean. The breakfast food was excellent and reasonably-priced. We had a comfortable bedroom. The hotel had a very central position close to Really close to the train station, and a main train/metro station. We found nice Gail's Bakery Pimlico nearby with hot beverages.

Hotel's location was absolutely perfect and excellent as it was right at the train station. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable, the room was recently refurbished.

Got queen room with good views as expected, appreciated it.

The location is perfect, the staff is efficient. It's newly remodelled with very comfy beds and pleasant views.

The location of the hotel was central, near the Train station, effective and friendly stuff, subway stations and the restaurant in the night. Chamartin district was definitely worth visiting.

As for me, the area was not very nice.

Easy to get to a bus station, as it was right next to the venue.

The hotel was next to train station and subways, restaurants, bars and very good connection to sol, and Madrid at night on train thanks to its handy and easy location. Stayed in a nice size and well-organised twin room with the key card.

The hotel is on a magnificent location near to Madrid's biggest train stations, and subway or bus. The units were well-appointed with all the heart shaped petals.

Newly decorated and impeccably clean place, patient staff at the reception desk, had late check out at 11 am. I ate at a particularly good restaurant with good food and nice ambience. The rate was £ 45.

The location of the hotel in Madrid is perfect, right by the museums, and Madrid in transit via train.

The location was absolutely perfect for walking around Fundacion Canal. It was located right at the train station, easy for getting around Madrid.

Guest room with good views was the best. Its location to trains for travel in town or out of town was handy.

All of the staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. The hotel was situated in the very central location in the vicinity which is largely a business area.

Wake-up service, available in my twin room, was a nice bonus. The bed was very comfy, the bathroom was huge.

The room was very comfortable, perfect bed. The hotel's setting was very central and the staff were knowledgeable and cooperative people at the reception desk. A cool bonus was Navelgas, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee. The restaurant was pretty good, I ordered excellent dishes.

The total stay was real good for a business trip. We had the guest room it was soundproof. Its location around 10-15 minutes walk from Our Lady of Mercy Parish was best possible.

Attractive accommodation with pleasant and knowledgeable staff members at the reception desk. The brilliant location for the price, right by metro station, Airport terminal 4, and METRO lines 1 and 10. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Parish Our Lady of Guadalupe.

The food is DELICIOUS and local. The units are soundproof, neat with 2 separate bedrooms, good bedsheets plus nice view. The location is unbeatable, 2 km from Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.

It is reasonably priced. The breakfast is tasty and enjoyable, includes plenty of meals. The fact that it has a friendly check in, that worked great for us.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

actually everything was perfect. the food was local and there were plenty of dishes in the menu. the location was marvellous - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. madrid chamartin tube station was 5 min away.

Location: the hotel was close to public transport as well as train. It also was by cab.

Appreciated fabulous staff and location of the hotel. We took a double room and it had climate control, a private safe and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Moreover, free Wi-Fi was handy...

The hotel's setting was in front of such tourist attractions as the prado museum. The location is very convenient: )
