I had compact single room with a safe, good decor, for instance.

We were moved to a superior double room with comfortable bed, great fridge, as for instance. The breakfast was rich with juices and including mini pastries, as example, had everything you could want.

Our room was clean with coffee and a writing table.

We were there for 3 days, everything was really good, enjoyed its magnificent and perfect location right by the railway station, the Thyssen and the Prado, other museums and the Barrio de las Letras. Standard room was decent sized and recently refurbished with excellent breakfast. The personnel was very helpful and caring as expected. The service was exceptional, that made the hotel great value and nicely decorated place. What's more, there's parking around the area.

Wake-up service, available in my standard king room, was a nice bonus. I enjoyed magnificent and stunning location of the hotel, near many bars, the Velazquez Palace, and Madrid's attractions.

Clean accommodation, nice staff at check-out. Great and unbeatable setting close to a train station. Freshly made food in the attached restaurant in the vicinity.

It was in a marvellous and unbeatable location next to the traían station.

The room was good-sized and the view to national park was lovely. The bed was large with hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. Gentle and amiable staff was available all the time. The location was particularly good, plus the breakfast was generous!

The property was wonderful with lovely staff at check-out, I enjoyed the stay. Got all I wanted, good value. The tapas bar was lovely and the drinks were complimentary.

The breakfast was very good and delicious with eggs & bacon and Beans and Starbucks across the street and good value as opposed to other options. The service was TOP-NOTCH with an efficient check-in.

Overall rooms were immaculate and bright and had a coffee machine and a kettle.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed being there. The room they gave me was newly remodelled and a decent size with a balcony as well as a safe. It had stunning location and very very helpful and caring staff at check-out. I stayed for 3 nights here, loved Centro district.

Its location was marvellous, close to the Paseo del Prado with a short walk to as well as the Reina Sophia gallery. Btw, we admired Prado National Museum, based not too far from the hotel.

The staff was very efficient, fabulously helpful, and responded promptly to requests. Unbeatable and exceptionally nice location close to the train station, that was handy. Plus it was close to restaurants and bars.

The rooms are quiet with great-sized bathrooms. The cost is £ 90.

Really enjoyed how great the property was and its courteous staff at check-out. I was here for 4 nights and ate at attached restaurant for dinner. Its location was great and unbeatable, in the neighbourhood as well as excellent Flamenco attractions, and in a fairly nice area. Centro district was worth staying in.

Its location at a walking distance from Palacio de Cristal Glasshouse was unbeatable and stunning. The room was compact and functional, comfy bed.

The service offered was exceptional. The room was compact and light and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Everyone was accommodating and affable. It had very central location close to Plaza Murillo.

Incredible location, pleasant views on the Botanic garden and efficient staff. A safe box, a minibar and central heating available in the superior double room. Location adjacent to train station, and the restaurant Tablafina. Great to have an attached restaurant with friendly helpful staff.

There was a fine lobby area. We really loved our big enough room. Moreover, free WiFi was great. Near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. For lunch or dinner go to Habana Libre, located right by the hotel...

The staff were competent and the restaurant was stylish! It's not very far from Atocha Railway subway station, really loved that, easily traveled around the city.

Tbh, rooms were a bit small.
