Clean property with incredibly attentive and caring staff with my request for poached eggs. Convenient, marvellous location in Moncloa-Aravaca district really close to anywhere in Madrid, and a supermarket.

Beautifully decorated place to visit 2 km away from St James's Park. Helpful staff with my request for poached eggs, good-sized and well-designed rooms. Plenty of options, fab food.

Well-equipped and brand-new units with sparkling water, large bed, as example, and the staff were knowledgeable.

I asked for twin room with a nice bathroom, an amazing bed and sparkling water and they kindly provided it.

Magnificent location really close to all main attractions, restaurants and a coffee house were walking distance to the hotel. Besides, you could visit Saint Mary's Cathedral. Fabulous and stylish room with view was enjoyable.

Fairly clean accommodation, extremely helpful and very amiable staff. A nice size hotel unit in the loo. Sensational selection for breakfast with gluten free diet and catered for gluten free diet. What a very very good stay, no complaint.

I had a family room and it was incredible on a double bedroom. A personal safe, climate control, and a minibar were perfect. The location was excellent, close to all great tourist areas with easy access to shops and supermarkets.

Dedicated and best stuff as one would expect. The units were immaculately clean with comfortable beds.

The breakfast was excellant, sensational with Lavazza coffee.

When we visit Madrid, like staying here. The units are fabulous, well-equipped on a double bedroom. The hotel boasts super central location to almost everything worth doing in Madrid.

We appreciated sleeping 5 nights in this hotel. Booked wheelchair accessible room with sparkling water, amazing views, a nice bathroom and got it upon arrival.

I spend 3 nights in Madrid lovely. The room was brand-new, quiet and with large bed. Thoroughly enjoyed an excellent breakfast with views on Gran Via. The location was excellent and unbeatable in the secure area. There was a modern restaurant not too far from the hotel.

All in all everything was really good, had a good stay in first class customer service. Liked the price of our twin room in the loo and its essentials. We had an electric kettle and glassware in the room.

Everything is very good here. The hotel offers new-fashioned and stylish rooms with comfortable beds, a nice view plus a double bedroom. It has excellent location to see St George's Square. Modern restaurant offers delightful food.

Brand-new hotel in a safe area just next door to Gran Via. An iron with ironing board, an electronic key card, coffee and tea making equipment in the room, amazing location. Hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows, comfortable bed.

The location was brilliant, not very far from The Host Dance Hall. Loved the twin room with sparkling water in the minibar as well as great air conditioning I was given. The service was ADMIRABLE and the food was different.

We really enjoyed the heated pool. Liked view of the city. Just walking distance from El Club Allard, where you can have lunch. It offers easy check-in too. This hotel is equal to 5 stars...

the staff were extremely helpful, deluxe hotel. the property had a central position. plus, we were 10 mins by foot from an official residence. the deluxe room was spacious.

Choosing for lunch Tapa Tapa, which is situated 600 metres away was a good idea. Excellant home base for your holidays in Madrid. We really enjoyed barcelo torre de madrid.

Sensational breakfast was available. Great place for city break in Madrid. Public parking nearby was provided. We would return anytime.
