Liked the way our newly renovated room with balcony was arranged. Its staff was amazingly nice and amiable. The location in pleasant surroundings was magnificent for us.

Great and convenient location to find the way to the metro station, easy to get around. Also - very close to taxi and different restaurants. What a very comfortable stay, no complaints whatsoever.

The accommodation was ideal, pool was great, beds were exceptionally comfortable. All the employees were kind and extremely cordial. Sensational and great breakfast, best ever had, with local cheese.

Super location close to have a van to transport, obviously the airport and the main attractions downtown in a great area. Again, walking distance to Bessborough Gardens.

The whole experience was good. Stayed here with my small dog and everything was perfectly fine. In general the staff were efficient and attentive. The hotel's location was marvellous, just next door to different restaurants, a taxi and the Wanda Metropolitano stadium.

I find it a comfortable place to stay. The units are modern, tidy. The good restaurant at the lobby is a nice plus.

The place provides reasonable prices. The staff is efficient, the breakfast particularly good, the location is strategic right by the main attractions downtown, Metro, cafe's and restaurants, and Gran Via. It offers terrific services. Besides, parking is onsite.

I appreciated the stay here. The rooms were warm, the pool was nice, excellent place. The breakfast was reasonably good with crushed tomatoes and local cheese, for instance and best staff. The location was magnificent and perfect for exploring this cozy area, next to shops, convenient for early flight and downtown and the airport. Fast food restaurant Charantos was located 10 minutes walk away.

No complaints whatsoever, the hotel was great and absolutely fantastic. The rooms were big size with required things, like a safe box, central heating, and an electronic key card. The restaurant here was good at the lobby. To be honest I truly enjoyed how welcoming and polite the staff is, would have extended the stay.

Excellent strategic location, to Alameda de Osuna metro station. And very close to shops and restaurants as well as airport and subway.

Ideal and incredibly beautiful hotel, the idea of having double room was great. The folks were best. There were air conditioning, a personal safe, and an electronic key card in the room, enjoyed that. The property had a magnificent and absolutely perfect location close to Metro too which makes commute using the public transport easy. The place was a short walk from Numerus Clausus I, where you can have dinner.

The location was excellent and convenient, near a bus stop. And it's relatively near Restaurante Castilla, ate there once or twice.

The location was good and magnificent in a safe area, adjacent to the main attractions downtown, the Wanda Metropolitano stadium and the center of Madrid. Barajas district was worth exploring.

Location close enough to airport because of taxi strike, downtown and the airport and the conference centre. Booked a recently renovated and neat room with pretty hard bed, very good facilities, as example.

Place was fairly clean and gorgeous. There were comfy & newly decorated rooms with delicious breakfast, balcony, for instance. The location was super, the staff was kind. It also was close to Metro too which makes commute using the public transport easy.

We ate at a good restaurant at the lobby. The bathroom was tidy and it had a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets for our convenience.

Ideal accommodation with particularly good and excellent location near metro station. Good sized rooms with balcony. Location really close to shops and restaurants and obviously the airport as well as Metro, cafe's and restaurants. Nice stay, as always.

Besides, the location was great and comfortable for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Plenilunio. It was located near a bus station giving access to many Madrid attractions.

I came here for 1 night and had a such great stay. I've booked double room and everything was good. The service was terrific with parking on-site. Their reception had a shop.

I slept so comfy in the extremely comfy bed.
