The food was delicious and the staff were amicable.

The most important was the staff - personable and nice people. The food was appetising with a great selection of choice! This hotel was set in a central area right by the Atocha station, the metro stations and museums, Atocha station, the metro, and fantastic local restaurants.

Booked it for 4 days and had a great experience. They offered us beautifully designed and convenient rooms with a very nice mattress and coffee plus washing machine.

We didn't want to say goodbye and would happily go back again. It was spotless, new-fashioned and with a very nice mattress.

Came here for 3 nights with my daughter, had a such great stay. The stuff were affable and excellent up until the day I left. The location was great, so close to Atocha Train Station/ Restaurants and supermarkets, in a local area. Also, it was relatively close to Railway Museum of Madrid. The restaurant was relatively close to the hotel.

The rooms are stylish and modern, with a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven. Fantastic restaurant, delicious food, people working here are EXCELLENT. The location is particularly good and near a gallery and a palace.

We have stayed here for 2 nights and had an excellent experience. It was in a perfect and nice location within walking distance of La Casa Encendida. Set in 20 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were friendly and excellent.

All of the staff was very very helpful and amicable. The location was marvellous and nearby the train station.

Loved every detail about my great 3 nights stay here. The staff were both amicable and excellent. Central location was a plus. A cool bonus was Salon de te al Yabal, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee. The train station near the hotel was really handy. I did not want to leave there and would happily return.
