New Point Opera

Stunningly beautiful and nice venue, amazing location so close to Airport or the main train stations: Atocha and Chamartin, the main attractions, and Opera, Plaza Mayor, Sol Grand Via, truly enjoyed our stay. All of the stuff members where kind and nice. We found everything great, totally recommend it to all.

Wonderful place with understanding staff at the reception desk. Bright and elegant rooms, clean bathroom. Exceptionally comfortable bed, early check-in. Incredible very central location, right by the `` museum district '', Puerta del Sol and the most important attractions. Also, to great shopping streets.

Squeaky clean and soundproof rooms complete with free coffee, the common patio, real heating.

As we remember, there was no view.

Appreciated this wonderful hotel with great staff at the reception desk. It had very central location close to Preciados Street. Souvenir shops and department shops were right next door.

Pretty hotel in a nice enough area so close to restaurants and night life and the Palace and the market. Bright soundproof rooms. Hypoallergenic pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed.

Recently renovated hotel in a fantastic location so close to everything we wanted to see in Madrid, incredibly nice personal. Large and brand-new rooms with the common patio, great facilities, for example, flawless service.

The location was exceptional and super, for example, Madame Tussauds London was at a short distance from the hotel. We had a separate bedroom.

Soundproof spotless rooms, they are provided with the apartments' patio from the common patio, comfortable beds, as example. It has both immensely pleasant and amazingly nice staff.

Particularly good and incredible location, within walking distance of everywhere. For tea or coffee visit Bake & Cake nearby.

Had a just perfect stay for 4 nights. The room with comfortable beds. It had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge, however the views were not so great. Was a nice place for trip.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

I recommend this property. In love with large and brand-new rooms with comfortable beds. Plus, the location is amazing, minutes from a room palace. The hotel is in shopping area, very close to the center, the Royal Palace, the Opera and Puerta del Sol and Airport or the main train stations: Atocha and Chamartin.

This hotel was wonderful base for exploring Madrid, liked it and venue’s outstandingly accommodating and friendly staff at the reception desk. The location was very central, really close to shopping streets, the `` museum district '' and all the restaurants and night life, and there were a museum and a palace walking distance to the venue.

Nice staff, greeted us with such kindness. We got a room with a bidet.

Its location relatively near an iconic street was marvellous and unbeatable.

We stayed here for trip, everything was really good and it was in the unbeatable and magnificent location close to the most important atractions. The flawless service and the attention to detail! It was so sweet to get ironing free of charge too. Location: the hotel was so close to grocery / department store, and Food Market. Our experience here was wonderful.

Everything was simply perfect. Well, it was a fantastic stay on our holidays. The location was great, at a walking distance from a luxurious over-the-top rococo palace. It was located in a vibrant area really close to numerous restaurants, the main train stations : Atocha, and Close to Sol, a lovely base for us.

Booked studio suite, that included a safe, central heating and an iron. The bed was comfortable and I had a private bathroom. Had central location right in the heart of the city...

The location was incredible, relatively close to a large urban plaza. There were an iron with ironing board, an electronic key card and coffee/tea making equipment in the room, appreciated that.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Everything there was perfect. Central heating, iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card available in the penthouse apartment. Best possible location close to the metro station, in the shopping area. Situated only 1 km from an iconic street

We stayed in an apartment with a heating system, a private safe and a coffeemaker. 10 mins walk to the center. Access to Opera subway stop, which is minutes from the property.
