Lovely bedroom. Easy check in & the service was good.

Overall it was newly renovated, with a private bathroom. The extensive breakfast had a lot of meals and the food I tasted was tasty. The service was very good in my opinion.

Local food served, extensive and delicious breakfast. Newly decorated room with an old fashioned decor and a reasonably large bathroom. An absolutely perfect location close to restaurants and bars.

Tasty dishes, very central location on top of a theater. Close enough to chain restaurants, and the historic city centre.

Stylish standard room was a highlight for us. Fantastic and incredible location, it was close to a subway station.

Facilities were clean, however Wi-Fi was very poor.

Perfect and fantastic breakfasts with sweet, food and drinks and ' cappuccino'. Magnificent setting, not far from a theatre, the center and close to the tourist area. Again, not far from a prominent opera house.

Had FINE stay for the winter. We really enjoyed the standard room which was functional with very large terrace. The hotel's location was amazing, next to Madrid for €300 a night and plaza espanya. We saw Georgian House, that's relatively near the venue.

Thanks very much guys for a wonderful stay for a Madrid business trip. The staff are understanding and courteous. The units are soundproof, compact with modern bathroom. Overall, we totally recommend this good basic hotel to all.

We had a nice bedroom. The staff was incredibly nice and pleasant, they give us all the help. Its location was particularly good, very close to all shopping areas as well as Madrid on the whole.

That's a beautifully appointed place when visiting Madrid for a short stay. The staff is efficient and the breakfast is extensive and delicious. Very good service and the food is tasty! To be honest, high speed internet access in all rooms was an unexpected bonus. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect and excellent, close enough to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor as well as Madrid. Centro district deserves your attention. A nice touch is also the alcoholic beverages in the rooftop bar.

Marvellous very central location and fantastic breakfast.

The setting was quite great and beautiful within easy reach of an Egyptian temple. Everything was excellent, but a few employees were inefficient.

Its rooms are beautifully decorated with an absolutely amazing balcony.

The location in a historic area was nice and there were shopping centres and a main shopping street nearby. Plus, I was within a close distance from a huge plaza.

Great choice for trip. Delicious breakfast with ' cappuccino', sweet, drinks available and accommodating staff. All in all fantastic setting next to the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor, and many dining options and to public transportation. For tea or coffee visit Java Bar Espresso nearby.

I recommend this hotel to all, really enjoyed it. Outstandingly accommodating staff, magnificent views over distant mountains, everything is perfect. The place has unbeatable and amazing location in the commercial center of Madrid.

The property was spotlessly clean, featured nice design, I really enjoyed it. The room was newly remodelled & functional with a nice view. The hotel was in a stunning location, right in the center of all the Cinemas Also.

Overall had fine stay for a Madrid business trip. This hotel was located in a very central area just off places where of interest, and a 15-20 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor. Dined at Restaurante Botin, it was not too far away from the venue.

The staff we met were not particularly helpful.

The staff were attentive and the setting was perfect and magnificent. On the whole local food; Ikigai was in the vicinity.

The location was not good.

Many things to mention - everything was spotlessly clean, tasty food, magnificent views. Magnificent location, close to a tube station, exactly where we wanted to be. We dined at a fabulous nearby restaurant with Italian dishes.

As for me, the location was marvellous and beautiful, so close to Shopping and cultural sites, all major attractions and shopping, and all the shopping, restaurants, and bars. After long day I visited Don Jamon for a couple of drinks.

Close to an underground station, magnificent location. Plus, walking distance to Coliseum Building. Soundproof rooms, extremely comfy beds, perfect breakfast. Breakfast with food and drinks, sweet and drinks available.

The room was modern & fashionable, with large comfy bed. It was in an excellent location, close to a subway station.

Make sure you stay in the double room with modern bathroom. The location is excellant and wonderful, its near the Palace, shops, metro and restaurants, the tourist attractions and Plaza de Espana and Plaza de Callao. Centro district is worth seeing.

The hotel was in an incredible location next to the retiro park. I asked for standard king room, it was functional and soundproof. The most important was the staff - gentle and amicable people.

It is an excellent modern property located in Centro district next to the main avenue "Gran Via " at the center of Madrid. It has excellent setting in the centre.

We loved this stay. Our compact room was complete with the upper floor-brilliant view as well as an absolutely amazing balcony. The hotel had a very central position very close to Gran Via, fine restaurants and all shopping areas. The rooftop bar was amazing.

Perfect base for short stay, felt like home. We have booked double room with amazing design, a terrace, as for instance for 5 nights. Its location close to restaurants and bars was stunning. Besides, the area was shopping, next to Main Square.

Came here for 4 nights with my boyfriend, had a really great stay. It had very central location close to Picnic. Besides, I where near to the Gran Via, restaurant and the avenue.

The room was neat and fancy with modern bathroom, the staff were accommodating. There was lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Its service was welcoming. The whole experience was wonderful, nothing too much trouble, recommend.

Fairly clean and cool place, has magnificent views over distant mountains. Sensational breakfast, the staff is thoughtful. It has best possible position next to a musical theatre.

Actually everything was excellent. The location was unbeatable and stunning, at a walking distance from a huge plaza. Shops and commercial centres were right next door. The premier double room had basic facilities you need, central heating, an electronic key card and coffee/tea makers. I loved the beds, they were extremely comfy, and how amiable and efficient the staff was. You could leave a car nearby...

Our new favorite place to stay in Madrid. We appreciated rooms and staff. The decor was modern. So close to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.
