Stayed in fairly quiet double room with the terrace. Brilliant very central location close enough to a restaurant that took 2 hours to deliver after committing to 50 minutes, the historic center and a supermarket and attractions.

The breakfast was excellent and there were a great selection of options. Had brilliant location on the metro.

Amazing location in the heart of Madrid, in the good area. Tasteful and clean units with terrace. A wide range of meals for breakfast, including breads, pastries, eggs, and bacon.

Overall it was good sized, with a private bathroom. Every employee we encountered was very helpful and outstandingly accommodating.

We truly enjoyed this family-friendly hotel, no complaints whatsoever. All the personnel was easy going. The location was excellent, near from everything, it's a plus. They offered us fabulous meals, had lots of options to choose from.

Incredible, amazing location really close to most major sights, and the Royal Palace and many great shops and eateries, polite staff. Again, not far from a Roman Catholic cathedral.

Very central location near resturants, tourist sites and was across the street, and restaurants and eateries are a short walk to the hotel. It has accommodating, nice staff. No complaints whatsoever, we would happily return if in Madrid.
