Unbeatable and incredible location near bus terminal nearby, nice restaurants in the local area. Plenty of products for a tasty breakfast. Exceptionally courteous staff at all times.

The staff is excellent, flexible. The location is absolutely perfect, right next to Santo Domingo Metro station. And it's right by the main attractions, Madrid for a short break and which is main shopping.

This nice and pleasant hotel is based in a neat building and has a rooftop restaurant. The guest room is fantastic and has a storage space and a terrace. The service is excellent with private parking available and decent meals. The pool area is good.

Old-fashioned hotel with exceptionally courteous and attentive staff and pleasant views to the world largest hanging gardens. Really had very nice stay on my vacation.

Quaint place with EFFICIENT staff and stable wi-fi. Marvellous and incredible location in a shopping area walking distance to a theatre and a palace. Walking distance to eateries and pubs.

The location was great: a supermarket and a grocery shop were within walking distance. The restaurant here was great for breakfast, we both ordered warm dishes. The staff was lovely, gave advice about the city.

I have stayed in the king room with a huge bathroom. The breakfast with the delicous churros, equal and cakes is good for what is offered.

My double room and all facilities where very nice modern! The hotel's location was good to a restaurant at night. Also, I could easily get to Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza because it was only 1 km away.

The location was very central, brilliant to everything it was so handy. Besides, we were really close to Plaza Del Sol where the famous 'bear, Gran Via and Puerta del sol and a metro stop.

The suite was functional and recently refurbished, with a balcony and a storage space. I enjoyed the roof top view from my room. The hotel was good modern and stylish and in a very central location.

I was there for 3 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant for breakfast. The bathroom was spacious, included shower facilities, a hairdryer and a bidet.

The venue was in a central location close enough to all the major tourist attractions: Royal Palace, Grand Avenue, Puerta del Sol, fantastic shops, restaurants and roof top bars, and shopping malls. Got the same a nice size and well-equipped superior room with 2 twin beds booked online, loved that.

Amazing location for Madrid, not far from the centrum of Madrid, close to train station, shops and restaurants, many bars and restaurants, and the train station and the people. Exceptionally courteous and attentive people working here, recently renovated room.

I asked for double room and it was warm and incredible with garden view. Everywhere there was fairly clean, the staff were pleasant people at all times. The location was brilliant, not too far from Do Design.

Loved the place, had a very very good stay on my vacation. It had central location close to Preciados Street. The staff was competent, efficient, and responded promptly to requests.

it had incredible and brilliant location with access to main square nearby. my double room had modern conveniences, including central heating, an iron and an electronic key card. you could leave a car nearby.

No complaints, the venue exceeded high expectations, recommend it. The total stay was real good on my vacation. The bed was very clean and there were a safe box, a mini-bar and a sofa bed. What's more, there's parking nearby.

Their staff were kind of rude.

Worth its 4 stars.

Close to the airport, 20 min drive. Having access to the pool was great. We would definitely book here again if we go to Madrid.
