We greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was great value and reasonably priced and had perfect location not far from the El Retiro park and the Botanical Garden tranquil spots for walks and the Atoche train station. The food provided was good!

Staff was efficient and excellent and hotel is fairly clean and modern! The twin room was compact, included an electronic key card, a work desk, and satellite television. The location was particularly good: a supermarket and shops were within walking distance. The restaurant was good, offered fab food. I greatly enjoyed being in this place.

Overall it was bright and exceptionally nice, with a private bathroom.

The location was magnificent because it was adjacent to reina sofia museum possible to work, nearest Metro station and metro line. My double room was functional with a balcony. The staff was competent, created a quiet atmosphere.

Although everything was fine, some of the staff were not very friendly.

Pleasant hotel with free wi-fi, the location is brilliant close to Atocha train station where the airport bus stops. The staff is awesome at all the levels. The rooms are comfy, modest, and come with soundproof windows and blackout curtains.

The venue is ideal, with fabulous food and excellant location to the Madrid Porta Atocha train station. A quiet atmosphere along with efficient and excellent personnel.

The hotel is impeccably clean, with quiet atmosphere and magnificent location so close to close to three main art galleries, railway/metro/botanical garden/museum/huge park/historical centre/super restaurants & bars and the most important museums like Caixa Forum, Prado, Reina Sofia, Thyssen-Bornemisza and Museo Naval. I liked competent and very very helpful personnel that ensures guests have an enjoyable stay.

Our stay was a really great experience. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, yet everything was good. The staff were wonderful and amazing and gave us good recommendations. The queen room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was bright with a balcony.

We loved it, didn't want to leave, couldn't recommend more. We stayed in a twin room with a balcony. Our hotel was in a great and fantastic location also in the middle of the main art museums.

The twin room was neat with a balcony, so that guests had essentials. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk away from Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza. There was a traditional restaurant nearby.

it deserves its 2 stars. room was great value. bar el brillante was located 15 minutes walk away.
