Brilliant and exceptional location, perfect to enjoy Madrid night life.

It was in a good and amazing location, close to a tube station.

Overall it was perfect and beautiful, with a private bathroom. The bed I had was exceptionally comfortable. This hotel was set in a very central area right by good restaurants and bars, Marid's biggest shopping area and cafes. All of the staff was kind and nice.

Great choice for city trip. The rooms with comfortable bed. A huge variety of food available in the cafe. Magnificent, stunning location on the Gran Via.

Great value for money and well-equipped units with comfortable bed. Absolutely fabulous central location, so close to many stores as well as Grand Via one of the main shopping streets. Again, walking distance to The Grave of a Nazi Dog.

Everything was clean and great. Very central location really close to shops and amenities, good restaurants and bars, and '' Gran Via '' st, it was in a good area. There was Streetxo close to the hotel. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Great and lovely staff provides a terrific service. The units are absolutely perfect and beautiful with comfortable bed. The rooms include safe for safety measures.

Overall it was great value and well-equipped with comfortable bed. The venue was in a central location near the main commercial avenues of Madrid, Gran Via which is easy to go around, and good restaurants. Centro district was worth exploring.

Truly enjoyed every detail about our nice 2 nights stay here. The single room was compact and had central heating, iron/ironing board, and tea/coffee making equipment. Everything was perfect, yet a few employees were a bit rude. The service was great as we had expected.

Excellent hotel located so close to a good area, close to the famous indoor markets with good train access, restaurants and the main commercial avenues of Madrid.

We got great value for money and well-equipped double room with comfortable bed as an upgrade, nice gesture. Location: the hotel was near to the nearby El Corte Ingles department store, Puerta del Sol and the famous indoor markets with good train access.

The location of the hotel was marvellous and incredible - at a medium distance from a famed street. Courteous staff, everything was great.

The setting was quite exceptional within easy reach of a huge plaza. The airport was 25 km away.

Overall the room is exceptionally comfortable, bright and includes an electric kettle, air conditioner, and a personal safe. It has both KIND and nice staff. Brilliant and marvellous location, a tube station is very close to the hotel.

The location was unbeatable, not very far from a prominent opera house. We thoroughly enjoyed the cafe during the breakfast. The staff was great and kind, gave advice about the city.

Sincerely, it was a very comfortable stay for two nights. We booked a single room with an exceptionally comfortable bed.

The hotel was ideal, we liked its caring staff. The location was absolutely fabulous and best possible, for example, a vast pedestrianized public square was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property. What's more, it was near the metro.

As for me, its a cool place to stay in Madrid. Plus, the location is unbeatable and super, minutes from a famed street.

Beds were not comfortable.

Had a very comfortable experience staying at the double room. Its location a short walk to an official residence was stunning. Supermarkets and department shops were right next door.

My room was spotless and bright and included a fridge, an electric kettle and climate control. The bed was comfortable, a bath worked well. The service here was terrific;))

Every member of the staff was polite and kind.
