II Castillas Madrid

Our room was good-sized and functional with a spacious bathroom. The accommodation had a very central location to the tourist areas within Madrid.

The hotel has fantastic location really close to the city centre surrounded by plenty of good restaurants, restaurants, metro stations, shopping and most landmarks all within walking distance. Centro district was worth staying in.

Overall had very good stay for a short visit. The restaurant was convenient with good food, I tried fine dishes.

Make sure you stay in the twin room with a spacious bathroom. Efficient service and the food is good.

The venue is perfect and exceptional with caring staff. New-fashioned guest room with comfortable bed. Wonderful location especially in the Cafeteria.

Exceptional place with attentive staff. Breakfast with good coffee machine. Easy check-in, excellent and perfect location close enough to the public transport and so many great areas.

Our room was functional and brand-new with twin beds, all the amenities, a decent size bathroom. The location seemed relatively quiet to everything we planned to go to.

Best possible, strategic location in Madrid, not far from Gran Via & Sol metro stations, both historic areas with good amenities and almost all attractions. Plus, walking distance to a royal monastery.

Excellent quality and nicely appointed place with particularly helpful staff. Location - magnificent and unbeatable next to the restaurant next door, and the cafe next door. Again, not far from a famed street.

The restaurant here was convenient for lunch and dinner, we both ordered nice dishes. The location was the best and strategic, it was in the middle of the town.

The experience was good, would stay here again. Got the same twin room booked online, enjoyed that. The location was particularly good and perfect, for example, a vast pedestrianized public square was within walking distance of the hotel. Plus it was in a busy area.

I was here for 3 nights and ate at gourmet restaurant for lunch and dinner. And I appreciated that it had a good view. Great services were available.

I lovely spend 3 nights in Madrid. The most important was the staff - very welcoming and exceptional people. I really enjoyed that the room was large and well heated with all the amenities. The food was fine and the location was incredible. Had brunch in the Mercado de la Reina, located nearby. I think the hotel was lovely modern, would stay here again.

It was in a super central setting near all main attractions in central Madrid. And it's at a moderate distance from Restaurante Botin, ate there once or twice.

The hotel staff was not so nice.

It had perfect location with access to Preciados Street nearby. The staff was competent and attentive on arrival and throughout the stay.

The location was handy - just next door to all shops, restaurants, bars, theatres, public transport, the Gran Via and Puerto Del Sol and both historic areas. Luckily it was close to La Mallorquina, had pastries there when it was rainy outside.

The location of this hotel in the centre of Madrid was magnificent and perfect. Great value rooms, comfortable bed.

Magnificent and absolutely perfect location in center of all attraction gran via can offer, really good facilities.

Nicely decorated, clean place with exceptionally good views. Large room, heated towel racks and a bathtub in the room. Exceptional incredibly nice staff, fantastic location right in the center of everything you meed to have amazing time at Madrid. For tea or coffee visit La Mallorquina nearby.

Airy room with EFFICIENT services and a spotless bathroom. Magnificent and unbeatable setting in the safe area, next to Gran Via, Madrid, and Royal Palace. Situated only 1 km from Do Design.

The location was marvellous and brilliant, relatively close to a scenic plaza. Moreover, it's short walk to Madrid, II Castillas and the center. Food in the rooftop restaurant was fabulous. It was surely a really good stay for more than 3 nights next time.

The rooms offered are bright and cool with a well appointed bathroom which had an efficient hairdryer, balcony, for instance. Moreover, the parking is nearby. The location is incredible and awesome, 1 km from a huge plaza. It is found in a shopping area just next door to Metro.

Beds were uncomfortable.

The room was warm and cool with a shower, a hair dryer and a bidet in the private bathroom. The location was marvellous and stunning - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very helpful.
