thanks to affable staff. customer service was big surprise for us. free wifi was provided, and a nice bedroom. an open-plan kitchen had everything we needed. all in all it's centrally located.

Staff and rooms were all high value for money. The prado museum was within 15 minutes' walk. We liked our stay.
