Economy room had upgrades, it was air-conditioned and spotless. The location was perfect for me.

The staff was informative & very nice, and helped us with bags. We had brilliant food for breakfast with fresh home made cake.

The hotel was in a historic and quiet location next to all the main attractions, the center of Madrid, and landmarks. The room was fashionable & beautifully decorated with a standard fixed breakfast, had free Wi-Fi. The staff were really helpful and always had a smile.

Everything is perfect here, had a fantastic stay for 6 nights. Modern rooms complete with balconies as well as air conditioner, informative and great staff. The location is awesome and they have parking nearby. There's Barton Rouge offering takeout relatively close to the venue.

It is a nice property located in Centro district really close to the centre of Madrid, and the art museums, city center.

The bathrooms are quite small.

Well, it was an excellant stay for 6 nights. The location was lovely, within walking distance of a famed street. The room was fashionable and tastefully decorated, had smoke detectors for the safety.

We think it's an interesting place for staying in Madrid. The staff is amicable and kind, and the host too. Every time in Madrid we stay in this hotel.

I was offered a savoury breakfast with fresh home made cake. The room was nicely furnished, stylish, with nice design, just the way I wanted. The location was magnificent and fantastic, for example, an urban park was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Had a very lovely stay on your first visit. I truly enjoyed continental breakfast, the food was good. The economy queen room was beautifully decorated, included a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. The very amiable staff was much appreciated. The venue's position was central.
