A wide array of food for breakfast including fresh bread and pastries. Gorgeous food, great-sized and recently renovated room with lovely view, a bathroom and the terrace. Incredible very central location, next to the metro and airport, the Must See sights of Madrid and the center of the city shops.

Plenty of food at the breakfast, I loved fresh bread and pastries. The staff were active and the design was modern. The view of the exterior was wonderful, as well as very central location close enough to great historic monuments, bars, restaurants and stores, all bars, and bus stop. Again, I could visit The Grave of a Nazi Dog.

The staff was incredibly kind and very pleasant all the time. We appreciated the convenience of the suite available with lovely view of Gran Via and jacuzzi plus a balcony.

We greatly enjoyed this place, as it was the best hotel. The total stay was excellent for 3 nights. Booked double room, that was provided with large bathroom, spacious shower cabin and balcony.

The property is fantastic, it has very, very nice and courteous staff like the receptionist. The breakfast was good, nice to have bread and pastries.

It boasts fantastic, amazing location close enough to the city center of Madrid as well as the shopping area as well Restaurant and coffee shop. The hotel offers lovely meal in the morning, fabulous food.

The place was incredibly beautiful, we greatly enjoyed it. The breakfast had a wide range of breads and pastries. The room was reasonably spacious with decent view. Very very nice staff like the receptionist, which was unquestionably a plus.

Tried nice slices of fresh bread and pastries. The family room was airy and reasonably large with view on the gran vía. The hotel was in a great location near to Very close to the museums for what we wanted it for.

Superbly friendly staff on the night shift and the breakfasts were great and lovely. The rooms were neat and airy with tea bags, a very comfortable bed, for instance as described.

The location was great and fab, close enough to interesting sites, which is probably the best art gallery in the world and important art galleries and easily accessible.

Reasonably large room plus with windows on the internal yards. Bread and pastries for a delicious and excellent breakfast for everyone's taste.

All in all everything was modern, had an absolutely amazing stay for 3 nights. All the staff were accommodating, very pleasant. It was nice to have great fresh bread and pastries in the morning. The hotel had great and fab location not far from restaurant or bar, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Mercado San Miguel, and Madrid from the uk. Plus, Prado National Museum was relatively near the venue. We really enjoyed being there.

The room was big size, with exceptionally comfortable bed and a jacuzzi and toiletries in the bathroom. The hotel's position was great and brilliant, near to everything.

The setting was very very poor.

It was just next door to Gran Via directly between the historic center and the Chueca district as well as recorded highlights, excellent and unbeatable location overall.

The accommodation was relaxing, pool was great, beds were very comfy. I was offered a room with magnificent views of the exterior. There was variety of food for breakfast, including fresh bread and pastries. The hotel's location was fantastic, not far from a bus station, the most vibrant areas and many bars and restaurants. I checked out Paseo del Prado, that was set just a pleasant stroll away from the property.

Modern hotel with a very central location directly across the road from the famous ‘ Museo Chicote' cocktail bar. Just off the Puerta del Sol. Magnificent views overlooking the exterior from the reasonably large and stylish room. Delicious and sensational breakfast options, including bread and pastries.

It was as expected, had an enjoyable stay in terms of the service and facilities we were allocated. Our room had an extremely comfy bed and a magnificent view.

The breakfast was very good, they offered bread and pastries. Our room was lovely modern, top-class and equipped with a very comfortable bed, balcony, jacuzzi. Its location was excellent, somewhere close to the metro which is fantastic, and in a basic area.

This was a really nice stay for 3 nights. The rooms where neat, newly decorated with a balcony, ideal for us. The food was gorgeous, we had fresh bread and pastries for breakfast. Particularly good and absolutely perfect location, it was just next door to several shops, restaurants and bars, the famous ‘ Museo Chicote' cocktail bar and the best art gallery in the world.

Everything was good, greatly enjoyed our great stay. The breakfast was delicious and satisfactory for everyone's taste and the pool was good. Our room with attentive housekeeping was reasonably spacious and airy with exceptionally comfortable beds.

The breakfast had something for everyone - fresh bread and pastries. Its location was good and absolutely perfect, close to shops, tourist attractions and restaurants and the the city centre.

Neat rooms with the terrace overlooking Gran Via St as well as window facing to Gran Via and excellent breakfast. Breakfast with gluten free options and omelettes.

We appreciated staying here and will come back. The property was modern with incredibly kind staff like the receptionist. The breakfast was excellent and gorgeous with omelettes and had something for everyone.

The breakfast was very very good and offered plenty of options. The staff were lively all the time. The location was incredible and amazing, short walk to major attractions and metro station, great historic monuments, bars, restaurants and stores and the bus station and the underground. Plus, I was not too far from an archaeological museum.

Tbh, had a great stay in terms of the service and facilities we were allocated. Great and phenomenal location right at the center was a plus.

The place was stylish and luxurious, with its cooperative staff like the receptionist.

The superior king room is newly remodelled with folding sofa and terrace plus jacuzzi.

The location was great and brilliant, near interesting sites, shops, restaurants and nightlife, all the main attractions, the Prado, the Retiro Park, the Puerta del Sol and the Plaza and restaurants and shops, in a modern area. Plus, Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Some of the staff were very unpolite.

The weather was lovely, had wonderful stay. I got family room for 1 night with a bathroom, loved it. The staff were accommodating, the atmosphere was family and everything was very good. The venue was in a very central location near to a metro station close by. Btw, I was at a short distance from a huge plaza.

By and large, it was great place for sightseeing in Madrid, had much fun and met pleasant staff like the receptionist. The room I booked was kept clean and available with shower, spacious new bathroom, for example. Pastries and breads were brilliant and overall there was lots of food. On the plus side, there was parking nearby. The location was stunning, not too far from Do Design. And the area was good, really close to Madrid, the Must See sights and the centre of Madrid.

Views were not so good.

The room was new-fashioned with balcony, we were happy about that. The breakfast was delicious for everyone's taste, and the food was healthy! The location was easy, within walking distance of a huge plaza. The hotel was in a very nice area, so close to resturant, and the centre of Madrid.

The location was marvellous and fab for walking around a large urban plaza. It was located in a modern area just next door to Gran Via, near Puerta del Sol, interesting attractions such as the Prado, which is probably the best art gallery in the world and the communal areas. The breakfast was delicious and good and well presented with omelettes and gluten free options, for instance.

Unbeatable position next to the best tourist attractions and shopping areas, the city centre, and all the shopping, excellent views. Freshly made food and excellent drinks.

the place was luxurious and rooms here were comfy and exceptional. the staff were kind throughout my visit. the swimming pool was heated too. the location was brilliant, at a short distance from a national museum. the restaurant was pleasant, i ordered amazing dishes.

It was in a marvellous and perfect location with a vast pedestrianized public square nearby...

Marvellous and charming location, just a short stroll away from Fernando I. Based really close to Madrid and all attractions, sites and both main squares in city center.

Quite poor area.

Lots of food for breakfast, it was appetising. We were in a perfect location not too far from Plaza de Cibeles. And it was also right by restaurants, the metro station Gran Via and the center.

Family ambiance in a very central setting. Lots of great food at breakfast time. Early check-in and late check-out, parking nearby.
