Pleasant small property with extremely polite and amiable staff at the reception desk. Wonderful very central location, near the Lusso Infantas, the different areas of Madrid, and most fabulous sights in Madrid. Again, walking distance to Merchant Square.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, right in the centre of key sights in Madrid with shopping streets and a market within walking distance.

The place was fabulous and had lovely and informative staff who were genuine in their efforts to assist, truly enjoyed the stay. We had a great bedroom. The breakfast was particularly nice with fresh fruit available.

The room I booked was well-equipped and had a very comfy bed, slept well. The bathroom was large, I liked that.

The hotel was well-run and fully equipped and placed in an elegant-style building. A nice size and silent room with basic facilities we needed, good-sized bathroom.

The breakfast was incredibly nice, had a lot of options and the food was excellent. The view of street was good, as well as very central location near all the key sites, most fabulous sights in Madrid and the airport express bus stop. Also, such main attraction as a Hyde park was 2 km from this property.

Everything was very comfortable, had a really nice stay in a business trip. I booked a guest room with an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV. It was decorated in the modern design.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the location was excellent and perfect in city center. The service was great and the food was good. Didn't expect to get 24-hour room service for nothing, you guys rock.

The food was brilliant and there were lots of dishes in the menu. We lived in the guest room with a balcony and tea plus accessories such as safe.

The place had a quiet atmosphere. Actually, the room was fabulous, it also had a hair dryer, a bidet and shower caps. Need to add that street view was a nice bonus.

All in all everything was perfect, had an excellent stay in a business trip. The staff was efficient and responsive to requests. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, within easy walking distance of Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza. We received 24-hour room service for free, a nice bonus.

Recommend and will be back. Staff was kind, rooms were comfortable - perfect experience. We ordered lunch at Bocaito, located a few steps away from the venue. Their receptionist is the best...

Location was great, just 0.3 miles to old town. Easy access to plaza de cibeles and other tourist spots. There was free Wi Fi at the hotel. Close to the airport, 20 min drive.
