Lovely small and quirky place all in all, has efficient staff from concierge to the cleaning lady to the waiter. The location is amazing and excellent, in the centre of town. And it's really close to major museums and sights as well as bars.

We had an excellent bedroom. It had a nice looking bathroom and a comfy bed. It was just off central Madrid, amazing location overall.

Didn't like the area, it was uncomfortable.

Had a really great stay for five nights, glad I've chosen it. It was a marvellous location adjacent to the Plaza Santa Ana, attractions and restaurants, and the Santa Ana square. Centro district was worth exploring.

The stay here was great for the price. The location was magnificent as a palace and a Royal palace were walking distance to the hotel. There was a nice restaurant, little stores and the main shopping centre next door.

Thoroughly enjoyed my such wonderful stay for the price. The location was excellent and good - walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. It was located in a shopping area just next door to city center and bus, metro stations, and Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, the museum district, an excellent base for me. I had amazing food for breakfast for a better value.

The location is incredible and magnificent, it's really close to santa Anna square, the plaza St Ana and everything-Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, the museum district. The triple room is bright with balconies, a queensize bed and view of inneryard. We were very impressed and would stay here again.

Overall had wonderful stay for the price. Everything was perfect, nonetheless a few employees were rather noisy. Had double room with the balcony which is really good and wake-up service was available in it. The setting was incredible, so close to all major sightseeing, Plaza Santa Ana which has both vehicular and pedestrian traffic, and Metro, bars restaurants. Centro district was worth staying in.

Everything was excellent, and it had free wi-fi. It was airy and large, good enough for walking around.

Thank you, it was an excellent stay for five nights. The best thing about this low budget hotel is the staff- they helped with everything. The location is fab and enjoyable, 1 km from a cibeles palace. The area is peaceful near restaurants, Madrid, and Gran Via.

The location was in front of plaza mayor which I wanted to visit. The hotel is spotless. Take a look at Villaverde neighborhood, it's worth it.
