Oriente Palace Apartments

Loved the price of our apartment with balcony and its essentials. All of the stuff where excellant, efficient. Had central location in the centre of Madrid.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was slow, and the bathroom was a little small.

The staff were very amiable and location was prime.

Practical and spotless units with an amazing view over garden.

Stayed here with my wife and everything was really good. The views of courtyard were fantastic and the staff members were caring. The room was beautifully presented and romantic, the location was stunning super central. The restaurant was pleasant and its savoury dishes are to die for.

Fabulous place with attentive staff, everything was very good. Standard double room had upgrades, it was a nice size and practical. The exceptional service and the attention to detail!

The restaurant was pleasant for early breakfast, we ordered savoury dishes. It overlooked inner courtyard and had a comfortable bed. The location in a nice quiet area was best possible and prime and there were shopping streets and a market nearby.

When I am in Madrid, I like staying here. The staff is good and positive. Its location is unbeatable and stunning, close to bars and restaurants. The hotel has the restaurant for early breakfast.

I took a double room with the chandeliers, nice views, a lovely view. Unbeatable and brilliant location, the staff were good.

The bathroom was quite small, I didn't like it.

Location - best possible and prime, close enough to restaurants to eat at, a pedestrian zone and the main sights of Madrid. Recently renovated and romantic unit with comfortable bed, top-class staff.

I had the apartment which was beautifully presented and romantic. Had comfortable bed with the inner courtyard view. Its location not very far from Main Square was best possible. The area was nice quiet so close to many attractions on foot, and centre.

The staff members were exceptionally polite and top-class.

The airport was 30 km away from here, unbeatable location. The staff was lovely and good, the room was bright.

The location was marvellous, close to one piece of bakery, the Royal Palace and several major plazas, and all the sites, lovely apartment, Friendly staff and good value for money. Also, it was 1 km from a large urban plaza. I had fantastic days staying at this small hotel.

Comfortable beds in our apartment. Kitchenette and reasonably large bathroom. Prime super central location and genuinely helpful and caring staff. Also - close enough to great restaurants, the palace in the centre of Madrid and the main tourist attractions, shopping areas.

The personnel were exceptionally kind. A lot of food for breakfast, which was cheap to satisfy everyone.

The location was stunning - really close to Plaza de Oriente, Royal Palace & Opera metro station, and the metro, which itself is simple to negotiate. It also was in the centre of everything.

I stayed here 4 nights and appreciated it. The staff was amazingly nice and very welcoming when needed. It had marvellous and incredible location, close enough to a taxi and metro from the airport, main attractions and such as Puerto del Sol.

Liked our stay, had great 3 days overall. The unit we got was large and fashionable with an excellent view, nice furnishings and nice views. The personal was exceptionally kind and super-friendly.

Excellent and stunning setting in the nice quiet area, very close to the Teatro Real and near Plaza Mayor, and the metro station and the Palace. Besides, easy to get to a Catholic cathedral.

Excellent service, fabulous place. Breakfast with tea or coffee and a croissant, as for instance. Pleasant staff and incredible location in a quiet area! Very close to Cathedral, and centre and palace. Honestly nothing to complain about.

Got the same deluxe double room booked online, liked that. It was in a brilliant location with a prominent opera house nearby...

the location was incredible, within a close distance from a history museum. the apartment was unique. excellent services were available.

Bright and practical rooms with excellent views. Nice design, exceptionally comfortable beds. The location walking distance to a theatre and a Royal palace was marvellous.

We had a SUCH WONDERFUL stay in a long time. Everything here was excellent, and the weather was calm, really enjoyed it. The room was heated, and spotless. There was lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from.

The room was practical, besides it had coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator, just in case.

Interesting style, great location. Plus, Wi Fi was available in the rooms. Madrid City Center district was worth exploring.

The bed was hard.

This hotel was PERFECT. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. Restaurante Botin, where you can eat, is within a walking distance of the property. Not to mention free WiFi.

The breakfast was terrible.
