Exceptionally clean place in European style with all necessary facilities.

Its location was marvellous and brilliant, close to several underground station. It was also close enough to many tourist spots, Gran Via and bars, restaurants, Gran Via, Centro and the Prado + Thyssen.

Highly recommended for summer holidays. Property was cool, with absolutely incredible staff and amazing location close to all main attractions. The savoury drinks in roof top bar were very welcome.

Disappointing aspect was cold bathroom.

Stylish, neat room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. Plenty of good options for meal. Best possible and top location in the very nice area, not far from the subway and many restaurants and venues as well as Centro off Gran Via.

The place is quiet, met the needs. The staff is welcoming, understanding. The ambiance is chic. Their breakfast option with local specialities is incredible, put others we have been to shame!

Beds were a little hard.

Make sure you stay in the double room with the view of the courtyard. The staff are so incredibly helpful, giving their best to make the stay a luxury experience.

I loved to be here, everything was good. The deluxe king room I got was included with a good view, comfortable beds, for example. The pool was great, the staff was pleasant. The location was unbeatable and awesome, not too far from a vast pedestrianized public square. It was a lively area, a great base for me. The hotel met needs.
