The place deserved 3 stars. The location offered was unbeatable and magnificent really close to the historical center. Centro district was worth visiting. The staff was nice and amiable, so I would come here again.

Clean hotel in a nice building so close to the Old Town as well as the city center. Incredibly comfortable and magnificent location in the middle of the city. An iron, a work desk, and a multi-channel TV available in the single room. Comfy beds and very amiable and really accommodating stuff.

Nicely designed hotel close to a subway station. Perfect incredible rooms with the bathroom. Absolutely perfect and excellent location, only a short distance to everywhere. Besides, easy to get to Bessborough Gardens.

the room was extremely pleasant and brand-new with the bathroom, had a good night's sleep. the location was perfect and quiet - in the centre of madrid. the vibe here was family. the stuff was super-friendly and really helpful all day long.

A minibar, central heating and a work desk were available in our twin room. The bed was comfy and the staff were superfriendly. It was in a perfect and nice location with a huge plaza nearby.

I booked double room, it was amazing and complete with the bathroom. The hotel has unbeatable and good location near the historical center, all the beautiful monuments and restaurants. Even though some of the staff were kind of rude, I had a just perfect stay.

I booked a family room, it was well-organised and had a hair dryer and sound-proofed windows. The location was perfect and peaceful for me as it was close to Madrid and the center of Madrid.
