Ideal place, it was clean and had excellent friendly and efficient staff on shift. The hotel's position was particularly good, at the Center of Madrid.

The staff was consistently courteous and pleasant and gave some great recommendations. My fashionable and airy room came with very modern decor, a bidet and comfortable beds. The venue's position was very central. Also, the hotel was just a pleasant stroll away from an archaeological museum.

Very central location really close to Madrid-Puerta del Sol, the Prado, Plaza Mayor, the Palace, killer restaurants, the opera, theatre, the park and many more great sites and museums, gardens and all kinds of bars and restaurants, it was in a shopping area.

The bathroom was dirty and Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

I was travelling to Madrid for early morning flight. The staff were very attentive and hospitable and assisted me greatly. The food was excellent and the breakfast was large and plentiful. The check-in was early and the atmosphere was comfortable overall. They offered concierge service for free, that's pretty good.

I was here for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant for dinner. The best part was the nice view of the courtyard. The location was magnificent and incredible, you can visit Casino de Madrid by walking.

It was in a very central setting near a metro station that can bring you everywhere. Plus, it was so close to the amazing San Miguel markets in one direction and the Madrid's marvellous galleries and museums in the other and all the sightseeing.

All in all, it was brilliant place for travelling to Madrid. Very comfy beds, a mini fridge bar, an air conditioning and a personal safe were a nice touch. Our food for English breakfast was fresh and all the staff were courteous and excellent.
