Magnificent location with an underground station near the building.

Overall - modern and stylish place with attentive staff in the Hong Kong based Hyatt Asia design service team manager. Stunning location in center, in the very convenient area.

They provided a huge variety of tasty choices for breakfast that was included. The hotel was set in a central area so close to the shopping street opposite to Primark exactly, the centre of Madrid and hip stores and restaurants. Besides, Science Museum was 4 km away from the property.

Overall I spent my time lovely. The breakfast was fantastic with a lot of meals to choose from. The location was particularly good there, happy to help with everything.

Greatly enjoyed every detail about our just perfect 7 nights stay here. The staff members were all very friendly and patient. The location near a tube station was excellent and absolutely perfect, most places in Madrid were within reach. The restaurant was good and its hot dishes are to die for.

This hotel has magnificent and incredible location happy to help with everything. The king room is huge and has a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioner, and a personal safe.

The check in was early, the room was good-sized with a balcony and a terrace. The location was fab: shopping streets and a supermarket were within walking distance.

The location was amazing, adjacent to all key sites, Gran Via which is more or less the heart of the city and carbon restaurant. Centro district was worth staying in.

Make sure you stay in the suite with 2 double beds.

We had a fashionable suite with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff was best, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge.

The location for Madrid was magnificent and incredible, short walk to the airport, Hyatt Centric Gran Via and the shopping street. Plus, a large urban plaza was not very far from the venue.

Gorgeous place all in all, has attentive staff in the Hong Kong based Hyatt Asia design service team manager. The units were nicely furnished and great-sized with a wonderful view. They have a roof top bar. When I am in Madrid, I like staying here.

The location was incredible, for example, a luxurious over-the-top rococo palace was not too far from the hotel. The staff was accommodating and exceptional and we loved the roof top bar.

Comforts of queen room were fabulous - a laptop-size safe, a minibar and central heating. Street view was an unexpected bonus. The location was stunning, not too far from Main Square. Moreover, it's right by Madrid, and shops and restaurants.

The unit we got was spotless with a terrace overlooking the Gran Via, the aircon, a balcony.

The location was awesome, close to Main Square.

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is good and room is big enough. Next to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. It's short walk from gran via - tres cruces bus station.

The hotel was a short walk to plaza mayor. We had a wonderful stay. Large room:)))
