I was offered a room with beautiful views of courtyard. The hotel was in an excellent and unbeatable location right by Plaza Mayor, the Palacio Real de Madrid, Estanque grande del Retiro, museums and other sites, great bars and central Madrid.

It was a brilliant stay for the service and experience. There was nice attached restaurant with delicious meals.

It was in a brilliant location just next door to major sites such as Retiro Park, Prado, Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and Puerta del Sol, the centre of "Old Town Madrid " and a pretty square, Plaza Santa Ana.

This hotel met standards, we would definitely recommend to all. Thank you everyone for a really nice stay for the service and experience. The caring staff greeted us with a smile. The double room had all we needed, including huge bathroom.

The hotel was in a super central location to many major sight seeing. I was offered a room with panoramic views of city.

Wi-Fi connection was slow, made me a little nervous.

I enjoyed that it was reasonably clean and chic, the staff were amicable and rooms were contemporary. The hotel had a marvellous and amazing location close to everything. Moreover, it's short walk to a delightful plaza, great restaurants and a supermarket in Haarlemmer street and the adjoining sushi restaurant.

Attentive staff at the reception desk. Simply perfect setting, just next door to major sites such as Retiro Park, Prado, Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and Puerta del Sol, restaurants, shopping and sights, and the center of Barrio de las Letras.

Super central location of this good budget hotel was a bonus. The room was a nice size with mini bar, the terrace, the bedroom for a really enjoyable stay. The service provided there was excellent.

Had very nice stay on 4th visit and the weather was warm sunny. Booked a room with view to plaza stanna. The setting of hotel was absolutely perfect and nice, in the Sushi Restaurant downstairs.

Disappointing aspect was a bit small bathroom.

An electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and air conditioning in the room, the best and absolutely fabulous location. Exceptional services, fine Wi-Fi.

Everything was great, and it had free wi-fi. The personnel was amiable and amicable. The location was great and stunning, right by the center of Madride as well as Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and the shopping area. Having different warm drinks in the rooftop bar was a very nice touch.

Air-conditioned and beautifully maintained room for what we needed with a terrace in mid-May, a balcony and the bedroom.

It was immaculately clean with efficient and cooperative staff. The location was magnificent and particularly good there, right in the centre. The attached restaurant food was yummy.

The place was perfect and chic, with its amicable staff at the reception desk. My room included central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card. The location was marvellous, for example, Prado National Museum was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Close enough to the tourist area, the Sushi Restaurant and Plaza Mayor, the Palacio Real de Madrid, Estanque grande del Retiro, museums and other sites. The rooms were decent sized with a large terrace kept by the attentive staff. This hotel was set in a very central area next to museums and puerta del sol, many excellent restaurants and mthe Palace. And it was just a pleasant stroll away from Taberna el Sur, ate there couple of times.

Found in the really cool area near great restaurants and a supermarket in Haarlemmer street, all main attractions and multiple eateries, and the Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Mercado de San Miguel, bars and restaurants. We had a great meal in the morning and some DELICIOUS food at the rooftop bar. The hotel had a super central setting in the centre of Madrid. Very helpful efficient staff of the venue at the reception desk.

It is a stylish property located in Centro district just next door to good restaurants and tapas bars, too many bars and Tapas places, and landmarks in Madrid. The location is amazing and magnificent, close to the main touristic sights.

When I am in Madrid, I like staying here. It's cosy base for sightseeing and exploring Madrid. Plus, the location is amazing, minutes from a scenic plaza. The airport is 25 km away, easy to reach.

this was my really really nice stay of 2 nights. the room was fashionable with good facilities, the staff was caring.

Wonderful overall experience. Stylish and clean place, thoughtful staff. Location right by tapas bars and wine bars, many attractions and the centre. Also, next to a very pleasant square. Air-conditioned, spotless rooms with child- size goofy chairs.

Loved my really unforgettable stay of 2 nights. The personal was competent. They had an early check-in. The location was best possible, relatively close to an urban park. Besides, it was close to the metro, 5-10 minute walk to Sol Plaza and 2 metro stations. I had a delicious meal at the attached restaurant.

Perfect location feet from Anton Martin metro station. We liked the sunbathing terrace. In addition, free Wi Fi was available there.

Excellent location, easy to get anywhere. Set adjacent to puerta del sol. 10 min walk from Atocha's train station...

20 minutes by car from the airport. Right place for a vacation in Madrid
