The location is brilliant and exceptional, in the Madrid's downtown. Btw, it's set in Centro district next to the Gran Via, Puerta del Sol, and Plaza Mayor, touristic sites and the heavily traveled tourist area.

It is a handy base for shopping. The location is marvellous, just a short stroll away from a large urban plaza. The gastronomic restaurant in the hotel is amazing.

Well, it was a terrific stay on a multiple day visit. Great staff, offered us concierge service, wake up service, and ironing. We stayed in a deluxe room which was elegant and gorgeous.

Really had just perfect stay on a multiple day visit. Extensive breakfasts, with many options to choose from and various Egg incarnations, for instance. Helpful staff, early check in. Absolutely perfect location to Plaza de Cibeles.

Fairly clean place with lovely view of town. Great and brilliant location in pretty comfortable area, next to Restaurant, the Palace and Opera House and Walking distance to Metro.

The staff was respectful and five star, the breakfast offered was delicious with a good choice of food. The suite was top-notch, included a hairdryer, a bidet, and underfloor heating.

Spent 1 night here with my family members, had a perfect stay overall. The restaurant was good for dinner, I ordered appetising dishes. Generally everything was very good, but the bathroom was quite small. The rooftop bar was huge. I really enjoyed this, haven't been in a better hotel.

It was in a central location, close to Prado museum. I ate at the gastronomic restaurant near the hotel. The breakfast was rich with a huge variety of food and carbonated drinks.

Exceptional and fairly clean place overall with absolutely perfect location close to major historical landmarks. Location very close to shopping spots, the Opera and the Palace and the center. Besides, very convenient to a prominent opera house.

I stayed in single room, with great views, comfy beds, sofa, felt right at home. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and absolutely fantastic and complete with the bakery, many options to choose from, sections containing Juices.

Location: the hotel was next to major attractions that are all walking distance such as the Palace, Plaza Mayor and the central food market, and the centre of Madrid. I ate in the gastronomic restaurant nearby. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and had coffee & tea makers and glassware. The breakfast was outstanding and great with a wide range of delicious options.

They gave us an absolutely gorgeous and fantastic room with a city view. We really enjoyed having a bidet.

Everything great. Very central location, a 10-15 minute walk from Kilometer zero. Also - really close to Madrid, the Gran Via, Plaza Mayor and Puerto del Sol and the royal castle.

And it was also short walk to the centre of town, and Palace. The room was luxury, amazing facilities. We had an exceptionally comfortable bed, a hair dryer, a bidet and bathrobes.

as it's at a near distance from opera metro. i enjoyed that my room had a rooftop terrace. pool was nice, comfortable to sit around.

A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like mercado de san miguel that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Fabulous base for discovering Madrid
