Had a perfectly pleasant stay for business trip. Bed was very comfortable, room was fashionable and brand-new. The staff were well-trained, ready to any request.

The staff was careless.

Everything was good, the service was incredible. The room was fairly quiet, good sleep in an exceptionally comfortable bed. The downstairs bar was lovely, appreciated this place.

It has great location, really close to santiago stadium as well as a business area of the city.

Caring and attentive staff who were always there to help. Booked the hotel for its quiet and decent location close enough to main city attractions as well as taxis to airport. Cafe Carmen located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The total stay was pleasant for a business trip. It had peaceful and decent location, so close to the airport, and the restaurant. It was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Hamburguesa Nostra, serving fast food.

Spotlessly clean and exceptional place, excellent quality breakfast with a lot of options. Location: absolutely perfect and nice, just next door to Chamartin train station and Metro, and the town centre.

The restaurant here was really nice at top floor, we both ordered tasty dishes. It had remote location close to Cuatro Torres Business Area. There were shopping centres and a market around the hotel.

There are great prices in the property. It is a newly renovated and stylish property located in Fuencarral-El Pardo district near a nightclub, and city center. The location is easy, in the surrounding towers. The beds are comfortable to sleep on.

We truly enjoyed staying in this hotel! Fab location 15 to 20 minutes by Taxi, amicable staff, everything was nice. We had double room to ourselves with sound proofing, excellent view, great bed.

Had very pleasant experience, the room I stayed in was luxurious with a great view and cool design plus a good bathroom.

I was here for 3 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant with great view. The stuff where well-trained, doing great job.

There were a private safe, an iron with ironing board and a work desk provided. It was in the remote location in the center. The staff were more than adequate!

I would recommend this hotel, liked its location. It's in a very comfortable building in the very very nice area.

Actually everything was GREAT. The room was splendid and we appreciated the stay. We had views of city. You could leave a car on-site. Besides, the area was calm, next to Cuatro Torres Business Area.

It was overall clean, and the people were absolutely courteous. Location: the hotel was next to metro, and a supermarket for 22 eur A BOTTLE. The rooftop restaurant served plenty of fab food.

every detail was great and i liked it. the room was fabulous and splendid and with convenient decoration. the staff members were all attentive and competent.

Everything was perfect, but we stayed for 2 nights only. Got superior room when arrived, liked that.

Peaceful location to explore Madrid and impeccable service. Very pleasant stay in very nice area. A good restaurant and a lobby bar available.

This hotel is equal to 5 stars. Staff, especially in venue, was friendly! Satisfied with breakfast's price - eur 28 per person per day.

400 feet away from the hotel there is welow restaurant, which is a good dining choice. we will be back, if we come to madrid. free wi fi was a welcome feature.

We were happy to find Restaurante Volvoreta 500 ft away, where we could eat. We enjoyed the food and staff. Relaxing base for trip in Madrid.
