Everything is excellant, I loved it. The rooms here are nice modern and brand-new with balcony. Overall the stuff is really helpful. The location is unbeatable and nice, so close to the big commercial touristic area, cafes, bars and express supermarkets and the center of Madrid. Cacio & Pepe, where you can eat dinner, is not very far from the hotel.

The rooms were neat with balcony, the staff were polite and amiable.

It had great and magnificent location next to sights of Madrid and Gran Via shopping area and metro, a taxi to the airport which was really convinient, and two Metro stations. We had the benefit of just 15 minutes' walk right to Buckingham Palace.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

The location was perfect and convenient for getting around, as a tube station was close to the hotel.

The staff was attentive and gave some great recommendations. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a flat-screen television, a dining area, and a writing desk inside the room. Greatly enjoyed the comfortable interior. We can recommend it.

Had 7 days in Madrid, spending my time here lovely. The room was reasonably large and neat with balcony. The location was particularly good and excellent, within a close distance from a Catholic church.

The hotel was in a convenient location, close to a subway station. The main shopping centre and shopping streets were right next door.

The location was excellent close to two Metro stations. The staff was very amiable and polite all the time. Loved a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and television in the room.

This hotel was set in a central area right by express supermarkets as well as many restaurants, bars, high street shops. It also was easy to get to from the airport as Tribunal metro is very close by.

The location was convenient and ideal, for example, an underground station was close to the venue.

Amazing very central location just next door to sights of Madrid and Gran Via shopping area and metro, the main centre and the subway. I had quick bite at Anauco, it was nearby.

The location was marvellous and magnificent for walking around an iconic street. And close to bars and pubs, it was a bonus.

The hotel had a central setting in the heart of Madrid. We booked perfect and lovely modern room with working space, modern decor and bedroom.

Spent my time lovely here, I greatly enjoyed the place. Polite and helpful staff who were always there to help. The location was amazing, in the heart of Madrid. I had some drinks at Zombie Bar, positioned 500 metres away.

Our new-fashioned and bright room had a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and TV. The hotel had a central location and it was close to Ministry of Justice. We loved the local cuisine in the restaurant.

The rooms were bright and mine was new-fashioned with balcony and working space plus the tablet in the apartment. There were an electric kettle, a toaster and a cooktop upon arrival.

The location is incredible and close to an underground station. Need to add that it's very close to the heart of the city.

Liked every detail about our just perfect 3 nights stay here. The hotel had a central location and it was minutes from Picnic. Moreover, the area was commercial. The attentive and amazing staff helped us during visit.
