Hard Rock Hotel Madrid

Being walk from a train station was a bonus. The rooms were perfect with good facilities, the staff were very very nice and courteous.

The breakfast was delicious and satisfactory with so many varieties and had variety of food.

Had a very comfortable stay for 6 nights, everything was good. I really enjoyed the time in this property.

The place was clean with an impressive design and incredibly welcoming staff. They provided a satisfactory breakfast with every taste and different options for every taste, for instance. Very good service, although a few employees were bad. The setting was magnificent, not far from Atocha railwaystation, metro and downtown, one the many bars nearby and Transport, Museums and Parks.

Well, Wi-Fi was bad.

Very fancy and modern accommodation with incredible setting close enough to the main train station and botanic park, short taxi, and the Reina Sofia museum. Luxury experience and especially helpful and caring staff. Amazing food for all meals. Such a very good service.

The hotel was clean, facilities were good, marvellous location just off the garden area, 3 stops, and many bars. The deluxe double room I stayed in was a decent size with great bathroom.

The staff is always attentive, the breakfast super, the location is unbeatable so close to Close to train station, the center of Madrid and metro / train station. Comfortable bed, brand-new room that has a pretty good bathroom. They have a pool bar.

This location was marvellous, just off the park, metro station and train station and the main train station. It also was to the main centre eg Gran Via. The room was decent size with amazing bed, the TV plus the bedroom and the breakfast was super.

Thanks to the amazingly nice staff everything was nice, including a wide array of delicious food. The unit we got was great modern with the most comfortable beds, great bathroom, for instance.

We loved the hotel and Madrid, had 7 peaceful days there. The room was stylish and brand-new, included with the most comfortable beds. The location was perfect: the main shopping centre and a supermarket were within walking distance. Having different cool drinks in the poolside bar was a very nice touch.

It's stylish place to stay 2 km away from a huge plaza. It has marvellous location adjacent to museums, art gallery, and supermarket.
