We didn't want to say goodbye and would definitely go back. Sincerely, it was a really enjoyable stay for a short business trip. We stayed in a king room which was neat and attractive. Private bathroom was clean. The location was excellent and perfect close to everything in central Madrid if you like walking.

New-fashioned room with a fridge, air conditioner, and an electronic key card, and great bed. Perfect location so close to main train station, major attractions like Prado Museum, and great tapas bars/restaurants, and exceptional views.

The stay here was pleasant for a short business trip. Had brand-new king room in short notice and wake-up service was available in it. The hotel's location was convenient very close to the art galleries. I found The Marquis of Westminster offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not polite.

Overall - modern and well-maintained place with very friendly staff in night shift. Quite close to the airport, 25 km, perfect for an early flight.

Minute walk from the train station, the location was perfect and perfectly comfortable. Set in 10 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were very friendly and outstandingly accommodating.

The location excellent and comfortable close to the centre. And just next door to many good bars and reataurants and Atocha metro and suburban train stations.

Liked every detail about my enjoyable 2 nights stay here. I asked for double room with the bathroom, tea/coffee and a balcony and they kindly provided it.

A well-maintained and functional hotel, my first choice in Madrid. Large and well-designed unit with a balcony, tea/coffee, as for instance. Nice setting, near to main train station, lots of museums, and the Atocha metro. Also, to the botanical gardens.

The location was easy, relatively near a royal fine arts academy. The property was minute walk from the train station. The restaurant had a lot of delightful meals for breakfast.

Well-maintained property with really helpful employees in night shift. Excellent setting, adjacent to Atocha metro and suburban train stations, most attractions and both Prado and Raina Sofia museums. Also, close to the train station Atocha.

It was stylish, neat and in short notice. Had magnificent and unbeatable location close to the railway. Efficient and very very helpful staff who were always there to help.
