The place is well-maintained and good value and has good location a near metro station if you have time to visit the central Madrid. There's a superb bar at the hotel.

The folks working here were absolutely outstanding and nice.

The property is immaculately clean; new-fashioned rooms; super bed. The staff are fabulously friendly and gentle, and the atmosphere is quiet. The setting is good and absolutely perfect, it's near the airport shuttle as well as Barajas Airport-Madrid. Need to add that there's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like Rustom Restaurant, located within 5 minutes walk or so. They have plenty of meals to choose from, the food is outstanding.

The rooms are well furnished with king size bed, and the location is unbeatable in a nice area. Caring and patient staff here on all staff members who in general were very helpful.

I have stayed in the superior room with a mini bar, central heating, and an electronic key card. The breakfast is very very good and incredible with churros, hot options plus meats included, lots to choose from.

The hotel was well-maintained and newly remodelled with attentive personnel wITH VERY GOOD AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE. The excellent and unbeatable location was a couple of blocks away from Saint Mary's Cathedral.

The hotel was extremely convenient, had a quiet atmosphere. Everything was perfect, modern and compact room with shower. The breakfast was very good with meats included and chocolate, for example, the staff was exceptionally friendly.

Perfect hotel with reliable and stunning location near really nice cafe / restaurant to work in, Barajas Airport-Madrid and center and back. Well-appointed, good-sized room with a private bathroom and a hairdryer, free toiletries, and dressing gowns. A huge variety of incredible breakfast options.

Not so good staff!

I have stayed here before, its still a well-run and recently renovated hotel. All in all - had a good 1 night stay. Brand-new room, the bed was very clean. The breakfast was very good and incredible with churros and chocolate and meats, perfect to start my day.

It was clean, and the people were absolutely outstanding and nice. The hotel had a pleasant restaurant for lunch. We had a very positive trip here and recommend.

Cool cheap hotel with a clean pool and street views. Very clean beds, magnificent and perfect location to local restaurants in neighbourhood plaza. And so close to then five minute transfer to the airport and Madrid airport.

The best low budget hotel I've stayed in before. In overall the room was cheap and with clean towels, a beautiful bathroom plus shower. The location was unbeatable for walking around Plaza Mayor. It was located in a very very nice area.

The weather was pleasant, had real good stay for 3 different nights.

Close to a metro station. It was a GREAT hotel.

Our hotel was located near tourist attractions like Parque de el Capricho. The venue was spotless. There is a good food option within 300 ft - El Pato Mudo...
