Silent room, spotless, with the minibar, the terrace, as for instance.

Its location was wonderful, near the metro station Anton Martin. It was also adjacent to the excellent Portuguese coffee shop, and Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel. The bedroom was huge and brand-new. The staff was attentive and efficient, the beds were nice.

Had a bright and new-fashioned room with balcony, the minibar plus private terrace, and I couldn't ask for more. It was in a very central setting close to Prada museum & gardens & transport.

We were moved to a triple room with balcony. The breakfast was very very good with perfect coffee and served by the attentive staff.

The units are stylish, large with private terrace. The price is £ 46.

Family room I stayed at was luxury with terrace. The staff was very good and courteous and helped with the private parking.

We loved being there. That was well priced and excellent modern hotel set in secure area, close to shops and restaurants, and the main touristic places. Had new-fashioned twin room with terrace, a comfortable bed and balcony.

Liked the price of our twin room for a double bedroom and its essentials. It was in a perfect location right by Prado Museum, which was very close and the center.

The location was excellent, the staff were very amiable. Near the hotel there was the train station.

The location is incredible and stunning, very close to the Plaza Mayor, Metro station, Retiro Park, Botanical garden, Prado Museum and Atocha Train station, a very efficient metro system, and the main touristic places, restaurants, shops, metro, train station, supermarkets. Also, it's located 4 km from a historic water pump.

We walked everywhere, the location was marvellous and amazing, in good location for sightseeing. The bedroom was luxury and brilliant.

The place was stylish and fairly clean. Overall the room was silent and spotless with private terrace, the last queen size bed, as example. The breakfast was great and complete with perfect coffee.

Greatly enjoyed our time here. Had a such great stay with our children, we spent 2 nights here, everything was wonderful. We had family room with the terrace, a double bedroom, as example.

I liked this hotel, it was perfect and incredibly beautiful with fast wi-fi. The superior queen room was new-fashioned and had a modern style bathroom. Had good drinks in the rooftop bar. The service was absolutely great.

The hotel was located so close to the excellent Portuguese coffee shop, the shopping district and La Latina. The accommodation had a central location very close to metro. Btw, I was at a walking distance from an 8 hectares botanical garden.

Plus, the location is excellent, minutes from a neoclassical fountain. The venue is near a train station. The units are well-equipped and well-appointed with a balcony.

Everything was perfectly fine, the wifi was stable. The hotel's location was nice and decent, so close to Atocha train station which has a direct train to airport, the Plaza Mayor, Metro station, Retiro Park, Botanical garden, Prado Museum and Atocha Train station and major sites. Popped in Bresca for shots before sleep, it was relatively close to the venue.

Triple room with a view was the best. Very good breakfasts with perfect coffee, the staff were all in all attentive.

Delightful and lovely hotel in a great area close enough to Plaza Santa Ana and Madrid for 5 days. Luxury unit on higher floors. A terrace and coffee available.

A little old hotel, however with extremely friendly staff and stable wi-fi. A huge variety of great food.

All in all everything was wonderful, had a such great stay for 2 nights. It was luxury, bright and with private terrace. The location was marvellous and stunning - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

The setting was quite excellent within easy reach of Barrio de Las Letras.

The location is stunning and brilliant, 1 km from an official residence. And it's within easy walking distance of downtown.

Everything was simply fine. Came in Madrid to relax and have fun, this smart hotel was great place for doing it. The location was awesome, within a close distance from a large urban plaza. The airport was 25 km away. The staff were attentive and accommodating and the restaurant was lovely.

The superior double room I got was complete with comfortable bed and terrace plus a balcony. Shower facilities and a hairdryer were a plus. The location was brilliant, for example, a large urban plaza was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

It was worth its 4 stars. It's great place for visiting some must see attractions in Madrid. They serve breakfast for 16 eur per person per day. The double bed is comfortable.
