The room was well-maintained, also it had smoke detectors. The most important was the staff - excellent and best people. The location an easy walk to city centre was fantastic.

Large bedroom. A good choice of facilities like: coffee and a writing desk. Perfect setting, really close to all sightseeing such as the Plaza major and other major sights as well as nice restaurants and museums.

I had new-fashioned and compact room with hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. The bed was extremely comfy, and it was convenient to have an electric kettle and glassware. The excellent service and the attention to detail! Fab very central location not far from the center of things, Plaza Mayor and Plaza del Sol and Also close to all three major art museums.

The location was magnificent and the atmosphere was quiet. The employees were efficient and kept it all overall clean.

Awesome staff, satisfactory breakfast, had an excellent stay overall for other travellers. The location turned out to be great, just next door to nice restaurants and all the restaurants and tourist attractions. Moreover, it was 5 km from Colnbrook West.

This was a particularly good and incredible location close enough to Plaza del Angel and the Church of San Sebastian, Santa Ana square, and the Plaza Del Angel—not far from the Plaza Santa Ana. Plus, it was about 15 minutes' drive to Harmondsworth Moor.

The hotel was set in a very central area short walk to the primary tourist areas and many restaurants and great restaurants and cafes. The deluxe king room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was well-maintained for chairs.

The location offered was fantastic short walk to the Church of San Sebastian and the Retiro. We have booked deluxe room for 5 nights, everything was first-class, it had a small balcony, a coffee maker, and a writing table.

It has a combination of a perfect service and a quiet ambience. Make sure you stay in the deluxe twin room with tea kettle, a good sized sofa bed, as for instance. The staff is best and competent. Great and incredible setting in the lovely area, right by nearby metro as well as all three major art museums, the Royal Palace, the biggest subway intersection, and the short run train station. Really wonderful and pleasant staff, unforgettable stay.

The hotel is chic and relaxing and housed in a really nice building. The units are relaxing, compact with bathroom and a comfortable pullout couch plus nesspresso coffee machine. The staff are pleasant and welcoming and provide an impeccable service.
