Everything was wonderful, it's clean and functional hotel. The bedroom was new-fashioned and beautifully maintained. Loved the configuration of the modern bathroom and there were a storage space and climate control.

The venue was well-appointed, I liked the location just next door to three internationally renowned art museums, plus the Botanical Gardens AND the glorious el Retiro, Neptune Fountain, and Plaza Mayor and Mercado de San Miguel, and street views. The room was brand-new and huge, had functional bathroom. The personal was efficient and competent. Ate at the attached restaurant for dinner.

I had a superior queen room included with tea, slippers and very good comfort. Everything was perfect. The location was magnificent for me as it was not far from Madrid, restaurant and all the major attractions in Madrid. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

The location turned out to be incredible and wonderful, close to all the tapas bars and restaurants as well as the arts district. We was surprised at nearby Cafe el Diario, they had some goodies, drinks.

I've had an excellent stay on the weekend. Really enjoyed an amazing breakfast with made to order egg dishes. I had exceptionally comfortable bed and rugs in the good sized and extremely pleasant. The location was marvellous, close to many restaurants and bars, it's a plus.

The staff is pleasant, the breakfast enjoyable, the location is best possible near to Madrid, major museums, train station and a host of restaurants, and the city center. It offers excellent services.

One of the advantages - elegant rooms; they included a roll-in shower, a hair dryer and a bidet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. The staff and people generally were pleasant and fast.

liked the rooms and stuff, they where excellent. a minibar, a heating system and a private safe were important for us. just a 10-minute stroll to the center. we would recommend to anyone.

Located in the cultural area which is another bonus. A short walk to Vips, where you can have lunch. Generally service was good. Location in the heart of the city was a plus
