The place is chic and fairly clean, everything is very good, it should have higher than 3 star rating. The hotel staff is helpful and flexible. All in all they offer good service. Furthermore, guests can use parking on site. The location is central.

The breakfast had a huge variety of food and it was savoury and freshly cooked. The staff was well-trained and helped us find restaurants and bars which were located walking distance to.

The breakfast was savoury and tasty, the check in was quick. The triple room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was soundproof with bunk beds for the children. The staff were superbly friendly, and we could use wake up service and ironing free of charge.

Very very good stay, extremely convenient and reasonably priced place. Perfect location and really good facilities. Found in a very industrial part of the town.

Everything was really good, including professional staff and handy location to subway where a straight shot to the Opera exit in downtown Madrid. The food provided was fine! This was my real good stay for two nights.

Functional and clean place overall with excellent location to the Canillejas metro station. Savoury and fresh breakfast with cheese and amazing view and meat for every taste. A work desk, a multi-channel television, and a seating area available in the executive room. Very good experience and attentive staff.

Particularly good and fab location for visiting canteens and a cinema. 0.5 km from the airport. Competent staff and the room neat and stylish with printer, bar and bunk beds.

Fairly quiet and bright rooms, free Wi-Fi is a huge plus!

We both appreciated it, the place is good value and suited fine. The hotel was in a central location over between flights. Have stayed here many times and would like to stay here on the next trip.

The rooms were romantic with 2 twin beds, the staff were genuinely helpful. Had central location to the Canillejas metro station. Further, it was right by a shopping center and Close to IFEMA.

The restaurant was great for very unexceptional food, I tried fresh dishes. Had a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and a TV set in the room, it were just what I needed.

Good location close to the motorway, very very helpful staff, everything was very good. Appreciated the executive room with bunk beds for the children and the way it was setup. This hotel met every demand in every way, can recommend.

Everything was really good, perfect location close to Ifema & airport, the staff were PROFESSIONAL.

The location was comfortable and handy, close to shopping mall, it's a plus. In the evening we went to Udon Plenilunio, located within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Whole place was exceptionally clean with incredible views; comfortable and perfect location to metro line into Madrid itself. Well-trained staff, free wake up calls and ironing available.

I had exceptionally comfortable bed and gates in the nice and perfect. Its location was great and fab, in central Madrid, and in a lovely area. I ate at the outdoor restaurant near the hotel.

Everything was perfect - central location and great service. Quick check-in, late check-out, bright room with comfortable beds, coffe, for example. Delicious food at the outdoor restaurant. Really comfortable experience there.

The location in a very industrial area was magnificent and absolutely perfect and there were a shopping mall and a big shopping mall nearby. The highlight was the outstanding food.

Its location was incredible, right by has great dining options, and most attractions. Tried some takeout specials at Kfc Plenilunio, luckily it was not too far from the venue.

location: the hotel was not far from a taxi as well as madrid. we had a tasty breakfast with cheese and nice coffee and amazing view included.

What a very pleasant stay, nothing too much trouble. Chic place, great beds, attentive staff. Best possible and incredible location on the Camino in a shopping area. Situated only 1 km from a shopping mall.

Few of nice tourist spots, for example plenilunio were adjacent to the venue. We liked facilities and the food in this hotel, it was suitable for us. The location was convenient for us. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Barajas bus stop:)))
