It was bright, huge and with a comfy bed.

I thoroughly enjoyed ideal and nice location and how the place is overall clean. As for me, rooms were well furnished with a comfy bed, they offered wake-up service. Everything here was very good. I had pleasant overnight days staying at this brand-new hotel.

The staff was dreadful.

The room is absolutely perfect and bright, it comes with the tea, comfy bed and coffee.

The hotel had a business location within walking distance of a large shopping center. And we were near major attractions and a free shuttle service.

Had fairly nice stay for short business trip, the staff were very-very nice, location was magnificent to the center of Madrid. The breakfast selection was rich and very very good with great coffee.

The venue was set in the business position just off OTHER BIG STORES, a big shopping mall, and the bus. Also, Plaza Mayor was 2 km away from the hotel. They gave us wheelchair accessible room with coffee, a bathtub, for example and that was essential.

Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The staff was friendly efficient and great to deal with. The location was comfortable and strategic for Madrid, near to the airport and the shuttle service system in place, the centre of Madrid, and a super shopping mall with plenty of good shopping for the ladies.

The room was spotless and updated, had a really nice stay on our business trip. The breakfast was varied and great and the parking was on site. The hotel was in a marvellous position really close to a quiet area and airport, restaurants and shops.

The venue is ideal, it offers rich breakfast and has magnificent location right by the shuttle bus at the airport, and shops. The staff are very-very nice and pleasant. The rooms are spotless and updated with climate control and excellent WiFi. The Irish bar makes the alcoholic drinks.

I enjoyed the breakfast, it was great with great coffee, had everything could need. Stayed for 2 days and didn't want to leave, I would have extended the stay.

All in all - had a great 1 night stay. Greatly enjoyed our room that was kept clean and available with coffee as well as comfy bed. The staff was nice and welcoming, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge. The location was marvellous, at a walking distance from a shopping mall. It was across the pretty nice area.

The hotel was absolutely fabulous and wonderful and in an efficient business location right by shopping center, a nearby large shopping centre which offers a good shopping opportunity as well as a good selection of eating places, and food options. San Blas district was worth staying in.

The breakfast was varied and great, had a wide array of options. My room was spotless and fashionable with coffee, modern decor plus bathroom, truly enjoyed it.

Comfortable modern place! Perfect and exceptionally nice location for our visit to a shopping mall within a close distance from the hotel. Pleasant overnight stay in quiet area. The restaurant was very clean, for breakfast.

Everything was great, very very nice staff, fab location really close to large shopping centre with restaurants open until midnight, shuttle service to the airport, nice room, near to Plenilunio mall, and a good supermarket. I got complimentary double room as an upgrade, nice gesture.

The hotel had an efficient business position so close to the nearby shopping mall which had many restaurants as well as the airport. Superfriendly and accommodating team, they made me feel welcome. I thoroughly enjoyed the functional-style building and my air conditioned and updated room.

this hotel has unbeatable location in a comercial area. the staff are perfect and awesome, managed the parking on site. i'm glad that getting wheelchair accessible room with extra bed, coffee, the tea was not a problem.

This hotel was perfect base for exploring Madrid, loved it.

sincerely, it was a comfortable stay. there was ribs, max 15 mins walk to, greatly enjoyed their meals.

Udon Plenilunio is a few steps away from the hotel. Quick access to plenilunio. Totally a comfortable experience...

Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Che Asador Argentino that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Excellent design of the rooms
