Very impressed with single room and top-class and incredibly attentive staff with great service. A good choice of food at the packed breakfast.

Overall it was fabulous and fantastic, with a fully equipped bathroom. The location was marvellous and unbeatable for us - next to a stadium and pubs.

The hotel has marvellous location easy to reach by metro from the airport. Make sure you stay in the double room with big walk-in shower.

I was happy, the suite I booked came with great variety in the fridge, 2 double glazed windows and all the nice touches in the bathroom. The service was exceptional and the food was outstanding.

Had really great stay certainly for business trip. Its location was charming, next to which are easy to navigate, the Sol shopping area, the San Miguel Market and many interesting sites.

We think it's a holiday base for staying in Madrid. Make sure you stay in the guest room with a free mini bar, all the nice touches, for example.

The hotel was placed in the central location to several tourist areas. Overall it was a nice size, with a functional bathroom.

Magnificent location in a shopping area, just next door to nearby so many eateries and shops, Plaza del Callao and really good restaurants and coffee shops. Well-equipped and well-kept unit with a balcony and the bathroom.

The property was beautifully kept with competent staff with great service. Best possible and strategic location so close to the centre of town, lovely bars, and everything: stores, happy crowds, restaurants and bars were in front of the hotel. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Centro district.

Thank you for a very nice stay on our first visit to Madrid. The location is very central. Streetxo, where you can eat lunch, is within walking distance of the hotel.

It had a marvellous and unbeatable location near to the center of madrid, Puerta de el sol y Mercado st Miguel, all major attractions in Old Madrid including the best tapas bars, and the main sites.

The beds are good to sleep on. Plus, the location is stunning, minutes from a huge plaza. All in all they offer great service.

The restaurant was pleasant for dinner, I tried healthy dishes. The stuff where courteous and incredible yet not intrusive. Parking was onsite, fee - gbp 29 per day. The location was unbeatable and incredible: shops and several stores were within walking distance. The airport was 25 km away.

Accommodation was reasonably spacious and enchanting with kind and informative staff at the reception desk. It was clean, perfect and relaxing room. An electric kettle and fridges were a nice touch. Enjoyed quick check-in and late check-out.

A quaint hotel in Madrid, would recommend it. It's perfect base for sightseeing and exploring Madrid. The breakfast is comprehensive, includes lots of meals.

Bed was super and the breakfast was good. Located in a pedestrian area. We liked the room, it was large. Really perfect location. We would stay here again.
