The hotel was gorgeous and appealing and in a central location. I checked out Urbis Building, that was set at a walking distance from the property. The bedroom was practical and unique. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the amenities included a mini-bar, central heating, and an iron.

The bathroom was very small, I didn't like it.

Very impressed with premium queen room. Incredibly large bed, a terrace and a balcony. Unbeatable location in Centro district near to the Prado, and RESTAURANT. Very good customer service provided.

The double room was reasonably spacious where air conditioning did n't work, so that guests had essentials.

Everything was amazing, I loved my stay. Its location was exceptionally nice, in the great restaurant that includes a sunny courtyard, and in a calm area. Plus, main attraction such as Scottish National Gallery was 2 km from this hotel. The staff were well-trained and very supportive and the design was amazing.

Got wheelchair accessible room with a minibar, ventilation, for example as expected. This location was unbeatable and brilliant, near Chueca metro station, Chueca surrounded by amazing stores, and all the major attractions. Moreover, it was near a public park.

My stay was PERFECT 10/10 here. I was here for strolling, everything was amazing. The rooms were well furnished with very stylish decor and feather pillows. I loved to spend time in the trendy main bar.

The breakfast offered was excellent with the best dessert. The hotel staff was respectful and proactive. The location seemed good out to one of the district's many great cafes. And it was also just next door to Chueca as well as the Prado and Thyssen-Bornemisza museums.

I came here for 7 nights and had a great stay. Quirky property, fairly clean, its location and staff were very good. I liked that there were a minibar, central heating and an iron. You could leave a car nearby. The bar was nice.

Service was great and food was lovely. The hotel was not far from retiro park and you can walk to the prado museum. Location was perfect.
