Thoroughly enjoyed my nice stay on a business trip. I booked spotless and soundproof room with comfortable bathroom, a view to Gran Via, for example. Everything was very convenient, yet a few employees were very rude. Having breakfast with eggs and bacon was a nice bonus.

Unique hotel built in historic style, great and beautiful location. Excellent restaurant, well-appointed and well-stocked room with tea, balcony, the largest Twin beds. Reasonably priced options for breakfast with Le Pain Quotiden bakery, yoghurts, mimosas. Terrific service overall and parking nearby.

We had a stocked guest room and a cheap and amazing breakfast. The venue's position was very central. There was a great restaurant, a main shopping street and shopping streets next door.

The stay was absolutely excellent. The hotel has marvellous and amazing location just next door to all the main attractions and monuments in the city centre, and Gran Via, the main street in Madrid. Besides, it was 3 km away from National Museum of Scotland.

The breakfast food, especially eggs and bacon was tasty. Our room was spotlessly clean, provided with a drink, balconies and amazing view over la via grande.

Fairly clean, reasonable value hotel, its location was marvellous and right by public transport connection within 2mins as well as the bustling shopping street.

Make sure to get twin room with a beautiful bathroom and balconies plus a bar. It offers exceptional service.

Incredibly beautiful hotel, cosy base for exploring Madrid. Got rather big and huge room with ample toiletries, excellent shower plus twin bed. A wide array of options for breakfast including eggs and bacon. Marvellous and amazing location on Madrid's most happening neighbourhood of Gran Via, classic style building. Also - next to all the main attractions and monuments in the city centre and Madrid in the middle of the shopping district.

The rooms with great amenities, amazing view over la via grande, for example were reasonably spacious. Every member of the staff was exceptional and incredible. Very central location was a plus.

The venue was in a very central location so close to different train lines, and Madrid for almost 20 years regularly.

It was recently renovated, generous-sized and with a balcony. The great service and shuttle to-and-from the airport far exceeded our expectations.

Such a perfectly pleasant stay on a business trip. Impeccably clean place, staff was competent and attentive. The rooms with good amenities and balcony. Prime location to Prado National Museum. Found in the very pleasant area just off historic Gran Via, the main tourist places and Madrid. Early check in and late check out. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

wonderful base for a 4-night stay. we had a double room and it included a mini bar, an ironing set and a couch bed.

We loved it. All in all, we spend our time comfortably. Within a walking distance of rosi la loca taberna, where you can have lunch.

This hotel's near tourist places like plaza mayor. Ciudad Lineal district was worth staying in.

The terrace bar was available on the premises. Buffet breakfast and amazing prices. Here we were so close to few of our favorite spots such as the prado museum. Comfortable room❤
