Hotel Cortezo

The venue was set in the very central position so close to the center, metro stations and shops, Spain and Madrid. Its staff was excellent and efficient. The bedroom was relaxing and new-fashioned.

Enjoyed my stay here and recommend it. I'd give it more than 4 stars, everything was really good.

The place was modern and silent and restaurant was pleasant. The staff were helpful and the setting was magnificent and unbeatable. In the evening we visited Mercat Bar it was nearby.

The location turned out to be particularly good, near the metro. We stopped by Hard Rock Cafe for coffee and treats, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Comfy bed in the double room, plus a mini bar fridge, air conditioner, and a personal safe. 25 km from the airport.

Everyone was extremely friendly and the room was spotless. This well priced hotel had a very central setting right in the city center. Found time to see an 8 hectares botanical garden, that's a 10-15 minute walk from the property.

I've had a very very good stay for a great last night of our Europe trip. Had central location close to the main attractions. Dined at Restaurante Botin, it was just a short walk away from the venue.

The guest room was relaxing with TV, minibar, hairdryer. The location in a nice area was marvellous and incredible and there were boutiques and a market nearby.

The units are new-fashioned and excellent with double bed + an extra bed.

The property was clean and silent. Hopefully the room was modern and excellent with air conditioning, the bedroom, for example. The staff was absolutely courteous & qualified. The restaurant had hot food.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

The rooms were wonderful and spotless, had a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, I slept like a child. The location was magnificent for me, close to centre. Also, I was not very far from Prado National Museum.

The location turned out to be magnificent and stunning, right by the Royal Palace and Almudena Cathedral, the center and many tourist spots.

Make sure you stay in the twin room with the view of the inner courtyard.

Stayed in new-fashioned guest room with double beds. The staff were excellent, the breakfast I had was very very good with many options.

We truly enjoyed the convenience of the double room available with massive modern shower and double beds plus a separate sitting area. The hotel was in the very central setting close to the airport.

Bad smell in the room.

The venue was in a very central location just next door to slight walk from main station, the Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real and Puerto ddl Sol. There was Yatai Market nearby, offering quick meals. When we arrived, our wheelchair accessible room with all comfort, the bedroom, as example was ready. It was modern, we spent 4 nights.

This hotel was nice and I would like to go back here again. I enjoyed to be here, everything was great. The accommodation had a very central location up to the fairs i was charged. It was good to be 1 km away from Museo del Jamon, serving short-orders. The staff was welcoming, gave advice about the city.

The location of the hotel was very central, just next door to restaurants and attractions as well as a walking distance from Atocha and Cybelia as well as Plaza Mayor and Retiro park. And it was relatively near Restaurante Botin, ate there couple of times.

I had a double room and it was wonderful with a bath. This hotel was located in a very central area just off all the services, tourist spots and whole Madrid.

I appreciated to be in this place. Had a good 7 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. Stayed in wheelchair accessible room with double beds as well as body lotion, it worked well for me. The location was unbeatable and stunning, for example, a famed street was not too far from the hotel.

Awesome setting in the good area, close to both the Puerto del Sol and the Plaza Mayor, cafes and Madrid. An electronic key card, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels available in the king room.

Tbh Wi-Fi was very poor, and the bed was a bit hard.

This is a hotel go-to for Madrid! Everything is fairly clean and really good. It has best possible central location next to the theaters. The beds are great to sleep on.

brilliant hotel, it was worth its 3 stars. the location was central, very close to main metro stations, puerta del sol and plaza mayor, the center. centro district was worth staying in.

The view was nice and the breakfast was good. A heating system, an individual safe and a mini bar fridge in the room were great. The hotel was situated in the central location.

If you don't want to go far from the hotel, try museo del jamon, which is 800 ft away. We appreciated cortezo.

Great view to the terrace from the rooftop terrace. Just a couple of feet from gran via and other touristic attractions;))
