The staff were all superfriendly, affable. The location was stunning, in the heart of the city. Besides, it was 5 min drive to Harmondsworth Moor.

The hotel met expectation, it had a stunning location with kind and great staff.

The place deserved 4 stars. The room was new-fashioned, provided with bar, kitchen, for example. The staff was supper friendly and amazingly nice and around most of the time. Very central location was a plus. There were a supermarket and a grocery shop around the hotel.

The staff were super friendly and assisted us with private parking. There were a safe box, central heating, and an electronic key card in the room, really enjoyed that.

Obliging and nice stuff who where always there to help. The rooms were modern and clean with bar, kitchen, as example, no complains at all.

I came here with my kids. The setting was perfect, close enough to including all the key beeps from all the lockers, and the metro and bus station.

The location turned out to be magnificent, so close to the metro and bus station, the center and sightseeing.

It had good and marvellous location, so close to the center of town, Plaza Mayor, El Rastro, and other attractions, metro station and supermarket and major attractions. It was 1 km from Museo del Jamon, offering quick-service food.

Loved my 1 night stay. This hotel was set in a very central area so close to the centre of the city and the metro and bus station. Cafe Pan Feliz located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The staff was amicable, helpful all the time.

Every time in Madrid, I choose this place. The staff are super friendly and really care about the guests. It's at a walking distance from Rosi la Loca Taberna, spent evening there.

i would say it's perfect place for staying and exploring madrid. the hotel's location is magnificent and the staff are superfriendly. it is close to a subway station which is a major plus. when i am in madrid, i like staying here.
