The location in a lively area was marvellous and unbeatable and there were shopping streets and a market nearby. The room was spotless and practical with open private toilet and the overall experience was such great.

We got room with contemporary decor and an amazing bathroom to relax. An electronic key card, a work desk, and TV worked well.

The location couldn't be more perfect and peaceful close to the Opera metro station. What's more, it was just off restaurants and local shops, and centre of Madrid. I had pleasant days staying at this hip new hotel.

Small hotel in a communal lounge area adjacent to central Madrid. A decent size units with balcony. Speedy check in and late check out. Easy parking nearby. Great and brilliant location just a short walk away from a ridge-top palace.

The staff I met were very, very nice and pleasant. I greatly enjoyed the room, it was neat and silent and included with a large double bed, kettle, for example. Had modern decoration.

Marvellous location for Madrid, really close to the Opera metro station and both pluerte del Sol and Plaza Mayor and the most visited pedestrian precinct. Again, not far from a huge plaza.

The staff was fairly friendly and affable which made me feel welcome. Actually, the room was great modern, it also had a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. Had private bathroom with all essentials.

We had the most really nice few days there. The staff was attentive, the accommodation was wonderful small and clean. Everything was nice, even so a few employees were arrogant. The location was absolutely perfect and excellent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a prominent opera house. A subway station was next to the place.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. We greatly enjoyed facilities and views, everything was ready for our trip. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Just a 10-minute stroll to the center. We went to Restaurante Kechua, located so close to the venue, to have some dinner.
