The units were brand-new and the staff were extremely helpful and very amiable people at the reception desk.

It's reasonably clean hotel nestled in a contemporary style building in the shopping area. The location is central.

Good services were available. The bedroom was airy and compact. Its location was excellent, very close to metro line, airport and the Reina Sofia museum, the Atocha train station, and the Lavapies metro.

Its location is incredible and amazing and it has ATTENTIVE staff at the reception desk.

The place was fairly clean with a really friendly and amicable staff at the reception desk. The hotel's location was unbeatable, not far from a subway station. Besides, the property was 5 km away from Colnbrook West. I spent 2 nights and would stay here again.

It was in an awesome and brilliant location not far from the Puerta del Sol, a safe area with great restaurants on the doorstep, and good tavernas and restaurants close by.

The location was perfect and nice, very close to the big museums, it's a plus. Though some of the staff were very rude, I had a pleasant stay.

All the services where top-notch, the room was amazingly comfortable and beautiful with a very comfortable bed, complimentary water bottles and a modern design. The location was awesome - not far from the Atocha train station and the Reina Sofia art museum, Paseo del Prado and all attractions.

Thanks a lot for a really nice stay for a short visit. The breakfast is very good and the stuff is superfriendly, consistently courteous. It offers great and incredible location next to Madrid central railway, all major places of interest, and museums, restaurants and bars. We recommend staying at this small hotel.

I had the double room, it was brand-new and compact. The ambiance was quiet, and I loved it.

The location was perfect - next to the Metro, Carrfor and restaurants/tapas bars, the Sofia museum, Atocha train station and Museo del Prado and the hotspots like really good restaurants and site-seeing. The morning meal was very very good with great coffee, cake and delicious Spanish ham.

Generally, thoroughly enjoyed this nice and amazing accommodation with awesome staff at the reception desk. The location was brilliant, just a short stroll away from Prado National Museum. It was located in a great area adjacent to good restaurants nearby, the Puerta del Sol and La Latina and Lavapies. The atmosphere created was quiet.

The building is pretty and the rooms are new-fashioned and stylish with a very comfortable bed, balcony plus a modern design. There is an electric kettle and a fridge. The location is marvellous and incredible, 1 km from Paseo del Prado. The area is vibrant just off Madrid's best museums and cool restaurants, bars, and cafes.

My standard room was new-fashioned, had a big bed. The location for Madrid was particularly good, near to many great restaurants, Madrid, Segovia and Toledo and the Sofia museum, Atocha train station and Museo del Prado.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met needs. Well, it was a really really nice stay for a short visit. The stuff was accommodating, pleasant, and responded promptly to requests. You could leave a car across the street. The restaurant was nice and served excellant food.
