It offers magnificent, wonderful location. Close to the venue you can find an underground station. Stuff is welcoming and you can park your car on-site.

My guest room was available with Wi-Fi, USB ports, and air conditioning.

The location was marvellous: shops and several stores were within walking distance. This hotel was located in a good area. The bedroom was modest and functional. Had climate control and free wireless internet access.

The service was very good, totally satisfied. Got concierge service free of charge, not bad too.

The staff was willing to help to ensure I had a very good stay. The hotel was in a wonderful and stunning location close to a hill and a park. It was close to a palace and a Royal palace too.

The room had not so great views.

Appreciated the triple room I had with beautiful view over Palacio Real, big bathroom, as example. It was nice to find tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge. The location of this hotel very close to the river, nearest train / metro station and the main shops, resturants and museums was marvellous.

It is an enchanting and brilliant hotel with lovely view of Palacio Real gardens.

Food was good and I have nothing but good memories from this trip. Everything was perfect, including courteous staff and marvellous location close to city center. Stayed in large guest room with large comfortable bed. The provided service was exceptional.

Beds and pillows in my triple room were exceptionally comfortable. Tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge were nice. Great location much on transport made it easy to get to key attractions.

Fairly clean accommodation, very welcoming and polite staff at reception desk. Savoury and varied breakfast, plenty of options available. Freshly decorated twin room with views of the palace. Particularly good location for my purposes.

We had a very good bedroom. The bathroom was good size with a shower and a hairdryer.

There was savoury breakfasts with a view of the palace as requested, muesli plus scramble eggs. As for me, the location was wonderful, near the Principe Pio train station, right down the street.

Everything was lovely, enjoyed our very lovely stay. This was an ideal hotel with a very central location in terms of restaurants or entertainment. Besides, we were just next door to Royal Palace, Plaza de Espana, Gran, Madrid city center and the airport and metro.

The staff were exceptional and incredibly welcoming, no reason to complain. The hotel had a very central setting close to all sightseeings. It was also adjacent to the Plaza de Espana, and the main tourist points.

Location close to the Paseo del Prado, historic centre and the Temple of DeBod. Situated only 1 km from The Moorish Garden. Functional guest room with view to the palace and 2 bedrooms.

The room was reasonably large and freshly decorated and offered a bath and a shower, so that guests had essentials.

Well-appointed and nicely furnished unit with a nice decor. Perfect setting, short walk to Jardin de Sabatini, and the palace/opera.

Overall it was an EXCELLENT stay for inexpensive business trip. The twin room was airy with a view and the location was marvellous. I often went to Museo del Jamon to pick up some food. Could use their safe parking.

Triple room was perfect and warm with view. Minutes from a palace and a Royal palace, overall the location was strategic. Besides, the area was nice, next to Golden. I loved to be minutes from a tube station. Lucky me, got wake up service free of charge too.

We loved the comforts of this classy hotel. In our guest room there was a great view of street. The bed was extremely comfy and there were an electric kettle and a fridge. The location was marvellous, for example, a huge plaza was within walking distance of the property.
