Exceptional place, it was perfectly clean and had genuinely professional staff at the reception desk. The location was best possible and highly convenient, in Retiro park with easy access to the main shopping centre and a shopping area. Btw, we admired a historic fortress, based at a walking distance from the hotel.

It has unique and practical rooms with a coffee maker and ample closet space.

The hotel was chic and reasonably clean, had exceptional views of the Madrid sunset. In short, the room was top-class, extremely comfy bed, best bathroom. The location was amazing and the staff members were pretty friendly and gentle people who really understand customer service. Btw, it was within easy walking distance of an urban park.

Everything was immaculate, practical location near bus stop to the airport, a big avenue opposite Atocha station, which is very convenient for the museums, and major art museums, brilliant experience. The food was local with a wide array of options. I was there for 3 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant for dinner. In general the service was very good. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

It is a sophisticated building, the rooms are tastefully decorated and well-equipped on the upper floors. The breakfast in the restaurant is large with eggs made to order at the spot and many different international foods available. The hotel has helpful staff.

We had the deluxe queen room and it was brand-new and complete with view over Atocha railway station and bathroom plus a King Bed. Very central location was a plus. Very nice restaurant provided Spanish dishes.

Moreover, it's really close to the airport, the train station, Retiro park and the Prado museum which was great, and Madrid.

Had varied breakfasts with varities. The location was marvellous and stunning for traveling around Madrid, not far from Madrid, the three museums and the beautiful El Retiro Park and Retiro.

The hotel was stylish and cool, appreciated courtyard view from our deluxe room. This venue had a very central position in the heart of the city. Also, the distance to Prado National Museum was just 1 km.

The hotel was placed in the central location near art museums. Besides, it was short walk to Madrid, and the train station. Comforts of double room were fabulous - climate control, an individual safe, an iron and ironing board.

The location is unbeatable, in the heart of Madrid. It's near to the metro and train, Atocha train station, and the airport and railway station. The room is soundproof, the people are kind and fast. Nice touch to have a private safe, central heating, an iron and ironing board.
