The location was amazing: a large shopping mall and shopping streets were within walking distance.

Everything met required needs, had a such great stay during my visit. The continental breakfast was awesome with local food options.

Great modern units with a balcony, threadbare carpet around the bed, as for instance, amiable employees.

Overall the place is fairly clean and top-class, it met the purpose. Magnificent location in general, attentive and helpful staff at the reception desk. It's worth staying here and exploring Centro district.

We had brand-new twin room with balcony, nice view, as example. Bar was perfect for breakfast.

Had a fine stay during a business trip, good value. Everything was nice, I truly enjoyed my stay. All the staffs were fairly friendly and amiable. Twin room was with more than enough space, a fantastic balcony, and a minibar. I got a super and tasty breakfast with meats, freshly squeezed orange juice, juices. The hotel had a fantastic location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from an iconic street. I ate in the outdoor restaurant nearby.

The location was good and perfect, the public spaces were clean and the staff was supper friendly. This hotel was really good value.

The location is excellent and stunning, 25 km from the airport. The breakfast has extensive options with the Nespresso coffee machine, jamon plus fruits.

Overall it was nicely decorated, with a private bathroom. The offered breakfast was delicious and savoury for all tastes. Excellent service, though a few employees were not very helpful.

Marvellous and brilliant location with small restaurant nearby. Found in a stunning area. Fine food in the restaurant, outstanding and very good breakfast with meats and jamon, as example.

The location was marvellous, near to the shopping district and the royal palace as well as the large park, good value. Very good and kind stuff did a great job. Greatly enjoyed the traditional-style building and our spacious room.

The location was central, very close to the Gran Via, Opera house, Palacio Real, Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, restaurants, 2 metro stops, sites and shopping and a couple of minutes walk from Sol, the palace and 15 minutes walk from the Prado museum.

Fine experience there. Unique and fairly clean place with fairly friendly and amiable staff. 5 minutes' walk to the underground station.

We ate in the very nice restaurant for breakfast which was well priced. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, for example, a famed street was not too far from the hotel.

The units are brand-new, extremely pleasant with view to plaza san martin. The location is unbeatable and incredible, 15 minutes' walk to an iconic street. The staff is very helpful, makes sure that the place is fairly clean.

1st class traditional place, it has magnificent location so close to the centre of the Madrid, a smart, quiet plaza close to excellent restaurant and shops and Intur Palacio San Martin. We recommend this hotel for the excellent service and shuttle to the airport.

Perfect location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a large urban plaza. Positioned in the relaxing area, not far from Callao metro stations and the best restaurants and historic sites.

The rooms are beautifully presented and well-kept and the continental breakfast offered has a lot of dishes. It has attentive and particularly helpful staff at the reception desk and really good facilities.

Good value and exactly what I needed. Whole place was neat with magnificent views; brilliant and awesome location in central Madrid. Location: the hotel was close enough to the centre, Plaza Mayor, and a nice square near many great restaurants and cafes. There was an in-house restaurant nearby. Room service, available in my twin room, was a nice bonus. Loved fresh food in the bar.

Recommend it to all. It's pleasant and relaxing place to stay 1 km away from Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza. The beds are good to sleep on. The location is magnificent and brilliant, 10 minutes walk to metro station. The service is very good, includes free parking.
