The property offers affordable rates. All in all, it's charming place that has obliging and really kind staff with excellent service. The hotel offers bacon and cheese in the morning.

The room was large and freshly renovated, with free safe and pleasant views. The bathroom was great walk-in with essentials. The folks working here where amazingly attentive.

The accommodation had a central location right in the centre of the old part of Madrid. The staff were service-minded and responsive hole time of my stay. The continental breakfast was good hot, included: cereals and cheese.

The bathroom I had was very small.

It has very pleasant restaurant and perfect location helpful in calling a cab to the airport. The units are brand-new, reasonably priced.

We loved cereal and cheese at the breakfast. We booked queen room that was complete with modern facilities and a beautiful bathroom as advertised.

The staff is incredibly attentive, the breakfast large, the location is fantastic very close to the popular tourist sites, both Gran Via, and Palace on one side.

Liked the location on a quieter street. I ate in the casual restaurant nearby. Overall it was well-kept, with a private bathroom.

The hotel was in the central setting within walking distance of all the top attractions. The place was modern, we would stay here again.

The venue was well appointed and pretty standard, I liked the stay and the location was wonderful not far from all major stores. Had rich continental breakfasts with turkey.

Quirky place, it was clean and had caring and incredibly attentive stuff at night shift. Nice hot and large breakfast included bangers and cheese. The hotel was situated in the central location to four restaurants that I had found on the internet.

Our hotel was in a magnificent and stunning location, near a tube station. Greatly enjoyed the price of our king room with a queen size sofa bed and its essentials.

Greatly enjoyed my restful stay on vacation. The room itself was elegant with exceptionally comfortable bed and fabulous views.

The location was marvellous and good, you can visit Fnac by walking. Loved the area, it was downtown and so close to the transportation connections available there, Centro and adjoining neighborhoods and the centre of Madrid near callao plaza.

Location just next door to all Madrid's main attractions. Again, not far from a huge plaza. Fashionable room with large TV, excellent air conditioning plus a very comfotable bed and plentiful breakfast to start the day. Nice design.

The location was incredible, around 10-15 minutes walk from Do Design. We had above average breakfasts and visited a cosy bar on-site.

Make sure to get single room with heating, great facilities and bedroom. The best thing is location - near to Madrid, shops and Puerta del Sol. Centro district is worth looking into.

We think it's a nice comfy base for staying in Madrid.

Planned to see Madrid major attractions and it was great base for visiting all of them. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. I enjoyed fabulous food.

By and large, it was excellant base for sightseeing in Madrid, had much fun. The bed was comfortable and it was great having a minibar, central heating and an electronic key card...

The hotel provided affordable rates. Well, it was a great stay for a business trip. Enjoyed air conditioning and coffee/tea making machines in the room. The check in was quick, the staff was obliging and amenable.

Its breakfast definitely should have been included in my rate.

would be happy to recommend this deluxe hotel, and will choose it for sure for next trip. property is placed in the center of the city. we stayed in the deluxe king room, within short walking distance to sol metro station, just 10 minutes on foot.

The staff was HELPFUL, the location was fantastic. The hotel was set walking distance to puerta del sol. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Chocolateria San Gines that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

So close to many tourist places and 15 mins on foot from gran via. Breakfast was excellent as you get in any 4 star hotel
