The bedroom was spotless and new-fashioned. The bathroom was clean, with a shower and a hair dryer. Its location was marvellous and fab in a pleasant area.

Had guest room with fresh towels given, bedroom, for example. Paid £ 19. Good and fab location very close to the center and really safe area.

Brilliant location in a nice area short walk to La Latina and Puerta de Toledo, Plaza Mayor and the more lively parts of the historical center, and all the major sights of Madrid. Good breakfast, excellent food choice.

Generally, really enjoyed this well-maintained accommodation with competent staff at all times. The location was convenient and decent, short walk to movie theaters, the centre, and the Toledo campus of the Universidad Carlos III, and had particularly nice views. Besides, it was 2 km away from Churchill War Rooms Museum.

The breakfast itself was poor, can be way much better.

Awesome and fantastic location in Madrid, close enough to the Toledo campus, the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Gran Via, and Madrid in many ‘ business' hotels over the years. Nice swimming pool area and good breakfast with bacon.

I booked a triple room with a private safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. Got extremely comfy bed and free Wi-Fi. Courteous and polite staff who were always there to help. The location was great and fab as for me, adjacent to shops, metro, centre plaza and royal palace and the prado. Had brunch in the La Parrala, located nearby.

Generally, really enjoyed this stunningly beautiful accommodation with courteous staff at all times. The hotel was short walk to the Plaza Mayor and Sol as well as subway and buses thanks to its great and fab location.

The property was absolutely fabulous and stunningly beautiful with courteous staff at all times. The venue was in a central location near the metro station, Puerta de Toledo as well as the August festival was taking place. Found Plaza de la Cebada, it's around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Everything was perfectly fine, including competent and responsive staff at all times. Location: the hotel was not far from restaurants, and many bars. A cool bonus was Bar Muniz, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

It boasts awesome central location and cosy room. For tea and goodies visit Bar Eduardo, located close by.

Good breakfast with a wide array of NICE foods. Fab and brilliant location, to places. Again, walking distance to a Roman Catholic church.

The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels given and available with a bathtub and fresh towels given. The location in an extra comfy area was comfortable.

The personnel was outstandingly accommodating and the rooms were large and air-conditioned. Really enjoyed quick check-in and late check-out. The location was particularly good, specially it was close to a subway station which was useful.

Everything was excellent, though a few employees were rather noisy. It had marvellous and fab location next to restaurants, shops, convenience stores, bars, movie theaters, coffee shops, and Metro and public transportation stations, Metro and public transportation, and remained open until 5:30. We ate at the hotel's attached restaurant, liked it.

Booked it for 3 days and had a really great experience. Enjoyed the price of our triple room and its essentials. The location was unbeatable and brilliant, for example, a huge plaza was relatively close to the hotel. Food was freshly made and restaurant was absolutely great.

That was what I call interesting place for holidays. The location was particularly good and perfect for walking around Gate of Toledo. The breakfast at the hotel was satisfactory with quality products.

Its location not very far from Lavapies was marvellous and brilliant. It was located in a nice area really close to Plaza Mayor and the more lively parts of the historical center, Madrid, and the center of Town.

I had freshly made food for breakfast with quality products. The location was brilliant and decent - ease of access to Plaza Del Humilladero...

A prime and decent location close to restaurants and bars. Plenty of cereals, croissants, fresh fruit, cheese and slices of fresh bread at breakfast.

The location was incredible for traveling around Madrid, so close to the city center, the centre and Madrid. Places like Plaza de Armas were relatively close to from here too.

We were in the guest room with an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar and an air conditioning. Central location was a plus.

Loved our stay, had great 1 day overall. The location of the hotel was central, just next door to major sightseeing, the Plaza Mayor and metro, town centre and local sights. Also, the accommodation was only 1 km from a huge plaza. Nothing to complain about, the venue exceeded all expectations, would recomand it.

Our room was cosy and had an amazing bathroom. The location of the hotel was brilliant - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a luxurious over-the-top rococo palace. What's more, it was near to the public transport, the center, and major sightseeing.

Overall - straightforward place with welcoming staff at all times. Decent location, pretty nice area, near to Madrid, Plaza Mayor and the centre of Madrid. For tea or coffee visit Bar Eduardo nearby. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

We had 3 nights in Madrid, spend our time here comfortably. Rooms open to a sun terrace. Plus, it provided us with a free Wi Fi.

Near bus stops, right on the main Tapes district and the rooms were clean and comfortable

Rooms were air-conditioned and very clean, good location. The staff immediately helped with cab. There is Toledo - Humilladero bus station next to the hotel if you'll need to take a bus. Lovely base for honeymoon, felt like home.
