Amazing location, incredibly beautiful views of town and especially helpful staff. Comfy bed in the guest room, plus an ironing set and soundproof windows. Good and tasty food, very good service.

Overall it was a real good stay in winter. The room we had was newly decorated with a terrace and the staff was knowledgeable.

I enjoyed the triple room. The location in an entertainment area was marvellous and incredible. Moreover, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from a large shopping centre.

Accommodating staff gave advice on things to do.

Amazing location in district called Malasaña, top-class staff, everything was very good. We had superior double room, and it was brand-new and air-conditioned in internal space. Truly enjoyed our stay in this place.

Spotlessly clean place with amazing views and good location close to everything.

The food was fresh and there were a wide range of dishes in the menu. Booked double room, that was provided with a spacious balcony to relax and amazing terrace plus a bathtub. The hotel had a great position, near to everything.

Attentive staff, great breakfast, magnificent location near the Grand Via in Madrid as well as plaza España, puberta del sol.

The place was fantastic and had outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally nice staff at the reception desk, truly enjoyed the stay. Overall it was a decent size, with an open bathroom.

As for me, the area was average.

Perfect location so close to all the main attractions, easy to get around. And really close to two metro station, all the important sights and shopping areas and theaters and shopping. The breakfasts for vegetarians.

The room was neat and updated and also had a bath.

It was a special and chic hotel in a central area, close enough to theaters, restaurants and shopping, visite and shopping area and metro stations.

The breakfast offered a lot of outstanding meals. Perfect central location just next door to main subway stations and theaters, restaurants and shopping. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Centro district.

Uncomfortable bathroom.

Exceptionally comfortable bed and air conditioned and beautifully maintained rooms. Delicious and sensational breakfast option with daily special dishes and churros, as example.

The location is super central. The airport is 25 km away, easy to reach. It has varied breakfasts and genuinely helpful staff at the reception desk. The twin room is brand-new, we also thoroughly enjoyed stunningly beautiful views.

Everything was very good during 3 days, liked its fantastic and amazing location next to bar / restaurant, bus stations and the attractions and the city's shopping area.

The room was good-sized with with double glazing windows, essential toiletries, a spacious balcony, had good night sleep.

We ate at a fantastic restaurant for breakfast. It had a comfy bed and included a huge bathroom shower facilities, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

Everything was perfect, stunning location near the train station, the staff were welcoming. Location: the hotel was just off the Royal Palace, which is a must see. Centro district was definitely worth visiting.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 5 nights, but everything was excellent. It was elegant, neat and with a bathtub. The restaurant was great for breakfast and for every budget.

This hotel's near tourist places like royal palace of madrid. The rooms met my requirements. Moncloa-Aravaca district definitely deserves exploring😃
