The location was incredibly comfortable, the public spaces were spotlessly clean and the staff was very efficient. The room was very nicely furnished with a comfy bed and my experience was real good. The lobby bar was fabulous, loved this place.

The room we had was fashionable and good sized with a double bed, the fan and terrace.

It's a stylish old-fashioned hotel nestled in an European style building.

This stylish hotel was fairly clean. The location was great: a bakery and a supermarket were within walking distance. Set right next to a train station, which helped to explore Madrid. All the staff was excellent, resolved my issues.

There was a lot of food for breakfast, it was great. Had particularly good and absolutely perfect location super close to the Atocha train station, near to a cathedral and a theatre.

Stylish and modern hotel located in a modern area very close to the art galleries, Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel, as well as Santa Ana square, and Atocha train station and the museums and the botanical garden. Outstandingly accommodating staff on reception and elsewhere. Reasonably large room and a balcony, a small fridge, and a coffee machine inside. Amazing interior design. Great and incredible location for our visit to a large urban plaza just a short walk away from the property.

The whole room was recently renovated with access to outside balcony. The location was great, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Prado National Museum.

I had real good days staying at this good budget hotel. Overlooked city. I appreciated the central location and the room was luxurious. Besides, the area was peaceful, next to Day & Night. The lobby bar was fab and the staff were efficient and thoughtful: )

Efficient staff, good service, we felt like they were family. The location was best possible and enjoyable for walking around Prado National Museum...

There were central heating, an iron and an electronic key card in the room, loved that. It opened onto city.

Everything was nice, though a few employees were very unfriendly. The facilities were extremely clean and easy to use.

Fairly clean hotel, loved to be very close to Plaza del Sol and Plaza Mayor as well as the main museums thanks to unbeatable location. The staff were all EFFICIENT and brilliant. The double room with a double bed had all necessary amenities.

So glad we choose it, it's excellent place for staying in Madrid. Room had balcony and bed was great. Moreover, the free Wi Fi was available here. Just a 15-minute stroll to the center. They serve breakfast for EUR 18 per person per day...

All in all, it was decent base for traveling to Madrid.
